Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Gestionnaire des Données-Gouvernance CSP qui sera en charge d’assurer la maintenance et l’intégrité des données et tableaux de bord qui soutiennent la gouvernance Community & Social Performance (CSP)

Poste basé à Conakry, uniquement ouverts aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Surintendant, Risk Assurance & Reporting, le/la Gestionnaire des Données-Gouvernance CSP aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
- Faire appliquer les standards, définitions, taxonomies et lignages de données CSP à travers les systèmes (investissement social, engagement des parties prenantes, mécanisme de griefs, outils CSP/risques sociaux), mais aussi mettre en place les contrôles de qualité (validations, rapprochements, dédoublonnage, métriques de complétude/exactitude/cohérence) et tenir un registre des anomalies avec les plans correctifs.
- Gérer les accès, rôles et permissions pour protéger les données sensibles (p. ex. griefs communautaires, examens droits humains) selon le principe de confidentialité dès la conception, en pilotant et améliorant l’écosystème Power BI CSP (ex. Social Benefit Summary, suivi de performance des programmes, tendances des griefs, plans d’actions droits humains, KPIs de contenu local).
- Maintenir les modèles de données pour le reporting récurrent (hebdo/mensuel/trimestriel/annuel) à la Direction, aux équipes site et pour les divulgations externes, tout en développant les guides d’auto‑service et assurant la gestion de versions et la documentation des jeux de données, mesures et logiques de rapports
- Appuyer les audits internes/externes sur les données CSP (dossiers de preuves, traçabilité, échantillonnage), faire aligner les pratiques de données CSP aux standards et référentiels applicables, en suivant et rendant compte de la conformité aux contrôles clés, et politiques de conservation des données
- Collaborer avec les équipes CSP terrain pour harmoniser les entrées et calendriers de données et procéder a la Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs sur la qualité de saisie, l’usage de Power BI (export/filters), et les processus de gouvernance.
- Traduire les besoins métiers en solutions data/analytics robustes et prioriser le backlog d’améliorations
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Avoir un Bac +3/5 en gestion des données/information, statistiques, sciences sociales à dominante quantitative, business analytics ou équivalent (Master apprécié) et disposer de 4/7 ans d’expérience en gestion de données, BI/reporting ou analytique, idéalement en CSP/ESG, durabilité ou performance sociale (secteurs extractifs/infrastructures/opérations complexes).
- Avoir une expérience avérée en gouvernance des données (standards, contrôles, lignage, management de la qualité) et une excellente maîtrise d’Excel ; familiarité avec SQL, SharePoint/OneDrive et la collaboration Microsoft 365,
- Avoir une connaissance des exigences de reporting CSP et référentiels (IFC PS, UNGPs, GRI, SASB).
- Avoir un excellent niveau de communication, de préférence bilingue (français/anglais), en gestion des parties prenantes et capacités de formation/coaching.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
