About the role
We are looking for a Principal Advisor – Project Competitiveness to implement the Project Competitiveness practices across the project lifecycle including Capital & Schedule Intensity, value improvement practice and Innovation.
This is a great opportunity for a collaborative, resourceful individual to shape and embed competitiveness thinking, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable value across major capital projects.
Reporting to the Manager – Project Competitiveness and working in a collaborative community, an exciting environment, within the Improvement & Technology team, you will be:

Contributing to the design, implementation and ongoing evolution of systems and processes to drive Project Competitiveness throughout project lifecycle

Implementing a robust, systemic approach to ensuring competitive projects
-
Developing and implementing capital efficiency frameworks, tools and playbooks
-
Collaborating with project teams to support end to end capital competitiveness work including innovation, capital intensity through workshop design and facilitation, and study planning to incorporate Value Improvement Practices from the start.

Embedding and monitoring robust reporting systems to measure success

Partnering with Study and Project managers to ensure practices are embedded along the project lifecycle to support CI transformation

Nous cherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) principal(e) – Compétitivité des projets afin de mettre en œuvre les pratiques de compétitivité des projets tout au long du cycle de vie des projets, notamment l’intensité du capital et des échéanciers, les pratiques d’amélioration de la valeur et l’innovation.
C’est une excellente occasion pour une personne collaborative et débrouillarde de façonner et d’ancrer une culture axée sur la compétitivité, d’influencer des parties prenantes de niveau supérieur et de générer une valeur mesurable au sein de grands projets d’investissement.
Relevant du/de la Gestionnaire – Compétitivité des projets et évoluant au sein d’une communauté collaborative et d’un environnement stimulant, au sein de l’équipe Amélioration et technologie, vous devrez :

Contribuer à la conception, à la mise en œuvre et à l’évolution continue des systèmes et des processus visant à renforcer la compétitivité des projets tout au long de leur cycle de vie

Mettre en œuvre une approche robuste et systémique afin d’assurer la compétitivité des projets
-
Développer et déployer des cadres, des outils et des guides (playbooks) en matière d’efficacité du capital
-
Collaborer avec les équipes de projets afin de soutenir les travaux de compétitivité du capital de bout en bout, incluant l’innovation, l’intensité du capital par la conception et l’animation d’ateliers, ainsi que la planification des études visant à intégrer les pratiques d’amélioration de la valeur dès les premières phases

Intégrer et suivre des systèmes de reddition de comptes robustes afin de mesurer le succès
-
Travailler en partenariat avec les gestionnaires d’études et de projets afin de veiller à ce que les pratiques soient intégrées tout au long du cycle de vie des projets, en appui à la transformation de l’intensité du capital (CI)
