Nous recherchons un planificateur régional pour effectuer des services de planification de projets liés à l’héritage industriel de Rio Tinto dans la région EMEA. C'est une excellente opportunité de rejoindre une entreprise minière de premier plan à la pointe de la technologie minière, où vous aurez l'opportunité de développer vos connaissances, compétences et carrière.
Vous travaillerez de manière harmonieuse avec les membres de l'équipe Closure EMEA et relèverez du responsable des contrôles de gestion projet EMOA. Vous ferez également la liaison avec le personnel chargé des fonctions de soutien telles que les finances et les achats. La charge de travail et le périmètre seront déterminés par le responsable des contrôles de gestion projet EMOA. Vous coordonnerez avec les Chefs de District, les Gestionnaires d'Actifs et les Chefs d'Étude pour vérifier et suivre la performance du calendrier pour chaque actif/projet assigné. Vous travaillerez avec le responsable des contrôles de gestion EMOA pour compiler tous les rapports nécessaires aux réunions des parties prenantes et des projets, aux revues et aux réunions de contrôle de projet de routine.
Les responsabilités seront :
Mettre en place des rapports d’avancement en collaboration avec le responsable des contrôles de gestion EMOA. Mise en œuvre de la mission, de la vision et des objectifs des services de projet mondiaux. Effectuer les responsabilités de planification, et planification de projet chaque mois, selon les directives du responsable des contrôles de gestion de projet EMOA. Les responsabilités incluent, sans s'y limiter: Responsable du portefeuille global des calendriers régionaux Gestion de la base de données P6 de la fermeture de Rio Tinto Instruire et coordonner avec les planificateurs de projet Soutien aux achats Création et maintenance des plannings Rapport mensuel sur l'avancement Gestion des ordres de changement (Tendances) Coordonner les services mensuels en fournissant des réunions d'évaluation de l'avancement Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d'actifs pour organiser des réunions de révision des progrès de routine. Comme indiqué par le responsable des contrôles de gestion EMOA, assurez-vous que tous les outils, processus et procédures nécessaires sont utilisés ou mis en œuvre sur tous les projets assignés. Sur instruction du Chef des Services de Projet, le soutien avec les éléments suivants :
Améliorations et mise en œuvre des processus mondiaux
Recrutement de nouveaux contrôleurs de projet et planificateurs
Dirigez des formations et présentations régionales
Qualifications requises :
Pour être considéré avec succès pour ce poste, vous devrez :
Engagement envers la sécurité de vous-même et de votre équipe Un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, gestion de la construction, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe est souhaité. 5 ans ou plus d'expérience dans la planification et la création/tenue des plannings de projet. Expérience dans la création et la tenue de plannings dans P6 pour un portefeuille de projets (la maîtrise de MS Project serait un plus) Compréhension des concepts de gestion de projet et de contrôle Connaissances ou expérience en gestion du progrès Expérience en gestion de la valeur acquise et en prévision Capacité à travailler de manière autonome en tant que personne autonome Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration pour établir des relations efficaces avec les parties prenantes internes et externes Connaissances ou expérience en gestion du changement Compétent en P6 et Excel. About the role:

We are looking for a Regional Scheduler to perform project planning and scheduling services for Rio Tinto closure projects in the EMEA Region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Mining company at the forefront of mining technology, where you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge, skills and career.
You will work seamlessly with the Closure EMEA team members and report into the EMEA Project Controls Lead. You will also liaise with closure staff working for supporting functions such as Finance and Procurement. Workload and scope will be determined by the EMEA Project Controls Lead. You will coordinate with District Managers, Asset Managers, and Study Leads to verify and track schedule performance for each assigned asset/ project. You will work with the EMEA Project Controls Lead to compile all reporting necessary for stakeholder and project meetings, reviews, and routine project control meetings.
Responsibilities will be:

Implementation of the global project services mission, vision, and goals.

Perform project planning and scheduling responsibilities monthly as directed by the EMEA Project Controls Lead. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for overall regional schedule portfolio

Rio Tinto Closure P6 Database Management

Instruct and coordinate with project schedulers

Procurement Support
-
Schedule creation and Maintenance
-
Monthly progress reporting
-
Change order Management (Trends)

Coordinate monthly service provide progress review meetings

Collaborate with Asset Managers to establish routine progress review meetings.

As directed by the EMEA Project Controls Lead, ensure that all required tools, processes and procedures are being used/ implemented on all assigned projects.

As directed by the Project Services Manager, support with the following:

Global process improvements and implementation

Recruitment of new project controllers and schedulers

Lead regional trainings and presentations

Qualifications Needed:
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
-
Commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

A University degree in engineering, construction management, accounting or a related field is desirable.

5 or more years of experience planning and creating/ maintaining project schedules.

Experience with creating and maintaining schedules in P6 for a portfolio of projects (MS Project knowledge is an asset)

Understanding of project management and controls concepts
-
Knowledge or experience in progress management
-
Experience with earned value management and forecasting
-
Ability to work independently as a self-starter
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-
Knowledge or experience in change management
-
Proficient in P6 and Excel.
