Sr. Advisor – WFA leads end-to-end employee data management & Benefits administration, ensuring compliance with policies and controls, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. This role requires extensive experience in employee benefits and data management, resolving escalated queries, collaborating with stakeholders, implementing process enhancements, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of employee data in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other designated systems ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of escalations or concerns related to various areas such as HR, payroll, policies, and processes
- Act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, driving effective stakeholder management across the global ESPS/PeX network.
- Handle and resolve escalations and issues, providing guidance and expertise to address complex matters
- Partner closely with Payroll, PAS team, to enhance Benefits & Employee Data management services delivery and manage ad‑hoc business requests.

- Support transitions and transformations, including onboarding of new resources, knowledge transfer, and process stabilization.
- Actively contributes to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with the BI team to drive automation, standardization, and process enhancements.
- Resolve critical process issues, manage escalations effectively, and provide technical and operational guidance to the team.
- Ensure process documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions) is accurately maintained, reviewed, and compliant with governance guidelines.
- Manage team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and development planning, fostering a high‑performance and engagement‑driven culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
- 8 to 13 years of overall experience, with minimum 6 years of relevant HRIS, Benefits administration, payroll experience.
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience in a team‑lead role, managing up to 10 team members.
- Strong knowledge of employee data management principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience in managing a team or demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficient in using SAP data maintenance or Workday, HRIS or other HR data management systems.
- In-depth understanding of control and compliance requirements, including data protection regulations
- Proficiency in SAP and HR ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow, Workday
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Strong hands-on Employee Data management and Benefits administration, including the understanding of payroll process
- Solid working knowledge of:
- SAP
- Workday
- Advanced Excel (complex models, analysis, automation)
- Exposure to payroll process
