About the role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Advisor to deliver day-to-day Human Resources support across a portfolio of international operations.
This role is based in California – Santa Clarita or Greater Los Angeles Area, CA (Boron, CA also supported) and Chicago.
This role is suited for an HR professional with a strong global mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-region environment. You will play a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality HR support, while partnering with leaders to navigate employee relations, drive HR processes, and support business outcomes across diverse geographies.
As part of the People Services team, you will support the delivery of core HR processes and provide expertise across employee relations, recruitment, and operational HR. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor—balancing operational execution with sound judgment, risk awareness, and alignment to global standards.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will support leaders and employees across multiple time zones while driving alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement in HR delivery.
What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across multiple regions, providing guidance on employee relations, organizational challenges, and HR processes
- Partner with global stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support aligned with company standards while adapting to regional requirements and cultural nuances
- Manage employee relations matters end-to-end, applying sound judgment, early risk identification, and appropriate escalation in a multi-country environment
- Build leader capability through coaching on performance management, workplace conduct, and effective people practices
- Execute core HR processes (e.g., hiring, job and compensation changes, employee lifecycle activities) with accuracy, timeliness, and strong data integrity
- Support global HR initiatives, change efforts, and continuous improvement activities to drive alignment and adoption across sites
- Collaborate with global recruitment and People Services teams to support hiring needs and enhance talent acquisition processes
- Use data, insights, and trends to inform decision-making, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to align site operations, regional teams, and global HR priorities
What you need to succeed in this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong employee relations experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting global or multi-site operations across multiple countries and time zones (e.g., Europe, Asia, or emerging markets)
- Proven ability to navigate differing employment practices, cultural considerations, and regional requirements in a global environment
- Strong partnership and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across geographies
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality HR support in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools; experience with SAP or similar HRIS platforms preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or globally recognized certifications such as GPHR, PHRi/SPHRi, or CIPD are preferred
