Le rôle d’opérateur(trice)s est conçu pour ceux et celles qui aiment :

Responsabilités :
Relevant du superviseur des opérations, le ou la titulaire du poste sera responsable d’opérer l’équipement industriel et d’assurer le suivi du procédé de son secteur. Travaillant selon un horaire rotatif (jour, soir, nuit), vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Opérer de l’équipement industriel
- Assurer le suivi des opérations de fabrication des produits
- Préparer les matériaux et/ou les produits nécessaires à la production
- S’assurer de l’efficacité des machines
- Contrôler la qualité du produit
- Appliquer les règles de sécurité
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes
Votre contribution
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes :
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Diplôme d’études secondaires V ou équivalence TENS reconnue
- Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience industrielle ou manuelle et/ou Dix (10) ans d’expérience sur le marché du travail (tous domaines confondus)
- Esprit d’équipe
- Bonne dextérité manuelle
- Autonomie et débrouillardise
Atouts :
- AEC en procédé industriel/Traitement du minerai
- DEP en fonderie
- Permis de conduire valide (Classe 5)

La région du Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean est un centre important pour notre groupe de produits Aluminium ; c’est de là que provient près de la moitié de sa production mondiale. Nos installations dans la région comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse en propriété exclusive, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida (CRDA), le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port.
