Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Expertise Processus en Gestion des Actifs pour Services Techniques. Ce poste constitue une excellente opportunité de partager ses connaissances avec ses pairs.

Vous travaillerez selon un horaire de 5 jours de travail, 2 jours de congé.Vous relèverez du Coordonnateur Expertise Processus Gestion des Actifs et vous aurez les tâches suivantes :
Vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion des équipes suivantes :
- Fiabilistes
- MDS (Spécialiste des Données de Base RTBS)
- Analystes en Gestion des Stocks
Vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes au niveau des pratiques en Gestion des Actifs
- Promouvoir et diffuser les bonnes pratiques standards en Gestion des Actifs
- Assurer le soutien aux chefs de services et coordonnateurs Techniques en Gestion des Actifs pour le déploiement et maintien des bonnes pratiques
Plus spécifiquement vous aurez à :
- Appliquer les principes de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (SSE) de l’organisation en adoptant une attitude positive zéro par choix
- Gérer les ressources de ses équipes
- Amener ses équipes à identifier leur vision stratégique et définir leurs plans d’actions afin d’améliorer leurs tâches et l’impact de l’équipe au niveau régional
- Soutenir ses ressources avec les différents enjeux et problèmes qu’elles vivent dans leur travail, et avec les direction et ressources des usines
- Assurer le développement des membres des équipes dans leur expertises techniques spécifiques
- Influencer l’organisation sur les alignements stratégiques et les bonnes pratiques à déployer.
- Soutenir les coordonnateurs dans le déploiement des bonnes pratiques et dans le maintien (leadership de maintien, CSA, etc…)
- Se tenir à jour sur les standards, et bonnes pratiques du CEO (centre d’excellence) en Gestion des Actifs RT
- Assurer le parrainage de certains comités (dont le comité de planification 1Mt)
- Accompagner les ressources dans leur travail (Aller-voir et cascading coaching) et faire un suivi régulier avec ses ressources (dans leur milieu de travail)
- Assurer la gouvernance (et soutenir le développement) de certains outils informatiques reliés à la gestion des actifs
- Assurer le développement et le maintien du site SharePoint de Gestion des Actifs régional
Votre contribution
Pour être pris en considération pour ce poste, les conditions suivantes doivent être remplies :
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Baccalauréat en génie ou autre domaine connexe
- Habilité à gérer des équipes qui œuvrent dans un cercle d’influence élargie
- 5 ans minimum de connaissances dans les processus de Gestion des Actifs
- Habilité à déployer les processus dans les équipes
- Permis de conduire valide
- Maîtriser le français à l’oral et à l’écrit et connaissance de base de l’anglais. Rio Tinto est une entreprise mondiale et les fonctions de ce poste pourraient
exigés une collaboration avec des collègues, des équipes ou des partenaires
basés à l’extérieur du Québec. - Capacité d’influence vis-à-vis différente parties prenantes, dont la direction de l’organisation et les pairs
- Facilité dans les relations interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Bon esprit d’analyse et une forte capacité d’adaptation aux changements
- Capacité de coacher des ressources pour les faire progresser professionnellement

La région du Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean est un centre important pour notre groupe de produits Aluminium ; c’est de là que provient près de la moitié de sa production mondiale. Nos installations dans la région comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse en propriété exclusive, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida (CRDA), le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port.
