Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Conseiller(ère) en fiabilité pour se joindre à l’équipe gestion des actifs de RTFT – Opérations Québec qui travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des secteurs opérationnels en vue de soutenir les différentes démarches d’amélioration et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs corporatifs.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour un(e) professionnel de l’entretien/fiabilité de poursuivre son développement en soutenant les unités opérationnelles dans le maintien et l’amélioration de la fiabilité, en travaillant avec eux pour améliorer l’intégrité de leurs actifs et déployer les meilleures pratiques en Gestion des Actifs.
Relevant du Surintendant,Gestion des Actifs RTFT Opérations Québec, vous aurez les fonctions suivantes :
- Guider le développement et la mise à jour des stratégies et tactiques d’entretien des secteurs opérationnels en s’appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques au sein du groupe et de l’industrie.
- Fournir le leadership et le soutien à la mise en œuvre des processus de fiabilité et assurer le coaching des ressources pour renforcer les capacités en accompagnant les équipes dans les différentes démarches d’amélioration.
- Agir à titre de promoteur sur le processus de fiabilité et influencer le respect des rôles et responsabilités pour rendre les pratiques de gestion des actifs efficaces.
- Collaborer avec les secteurs pour l’évaluation et la gestion des risques sur le cycle de vie des actifs et assurer la vigie sur l’état de santé et sur les équipements sous haute surveillance.
- Participer à des revues et des audits de processus et suivre certains indicateurs de performance des actifs.
Votre contribution
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes:
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie. Membre de OIQ
- Minimum 10 années d’expérience en fiabilité en industrie lourde avec des bonnes connaissances au niveau des processus globaux de Gestion des Actifs.
- Capacité à promouvoir les bonnes pratiques et à influencer
- Fortes aptitudes en communication et être orienté support « client »
- Expérience dans l’utilisation des outils de résolution de problèmes et méthodologies RCM, AMDEC.
- Maîtrise démontrée des différents types de stratégies d’entretien
- Vision structurée et sens de l’organisation développé.

Emplacement du poste
RTFT transforme du minerai du nord du Québec depuis 70 ans. Il est l’un des principaux fabricants de matières premières de dioxyde de titane, couramment utilisé comme pigment pour fabriquer des finis blancs de qualité supérieure. L’entreprise est un chef de file mondial pour les produits de poudres métalliques de haute pureté. Il produit également du fer et de l’acier destinés à des applications hautement spécialisées, notamment dans les domaines de l’industrie automobile et de l’énergie éolienne. RTFT offre des possibilités de carrières intéressantes à ses installations minières à Havre-Saint-Pierre et à son Complexe métallurgique à Sorel-Tracy.
