Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) chef(fe) de service, Acquisition de talents pour diriger la prestation des services de recrutement et collaborer avec le groupe Aluminium afin d’élaborer des solutions exceptionnelles en matière de talents.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour une personne qui a à cœur d’obtenir des résultats grâce au travail d’équipe et à la collaboration, en établissant des partenariats durables à tous les niveaux.
Ce poste au rythme rapide et dynamique consiste à gérer les priorités de la prestation de services, de la direction d’une grande équipe et de l’efficacité de l’engagement des parties prenantes afin d’obtenir des résultats. L’amélioration de notre prestation de services et la simplification de l’expérience des employés avec la mise en œuvre de Workday offrent une occasion passionnante aux personnes qui ont la capacité de diriger le changement.

Relevant du ou de la chef de service principal(e), Acquisition de talents, vous effectuerez les tâches suivantes au sein de l’équipe Expérience employé :
- Superviser la prestation de services de recrutement et de consultation en acquisition de talents fondés sur les meilleures pratiques du secteur et favoriser des bassins de talents diversifiés, conformément à l’engagement de Rio Tinto en matière d’équité, d’inclusion et de diversité.
- Diriger, inspirer et développer une équipe d’acquisition de talents diversifiée et dynamique.
- S’associer à l’équipe de direction du groupe Aluminium pour aligner la prestation de services de recrutement rentables ainsi que les stratégies de recherche de talents sur les stratégies et les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Collaborer avec les professionnels de la fonction RH élargie et d’autres champs d’expertise afin d’échanger de l’information et des ressources.
- Fournir de la formation et des conseils sur l’optimisation des outils et des processus de recrutement.
- Tirer parti des informations fondées sur les données et des meilleures pratiques pour élaborer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces.
- Veiller à ce que les politiques et les processus de recrutement de Rio Tinto soient appliqués de manière uniforme.
- Recommander des améliorations à apporter aux processus de recrutement et de recherche de talents.
- Diriger des projets spéciaux et d’autres initiatives visant à accroître l’efficacité des efforts de recrutement.
- S’assurer que les activités de recrutement répondent aux besoins de l’entreprise et aborder les préoccupations de manière proactive.

- Capacité à utiliser des paramètres ainsi qu’à suivre de près les tendances et les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie pour favoriser l’amélioration continue.
- Expérience de la direction de projets et d’initiatives

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition within People Experience you will:
- Oversee the delivery of recruitment and talent advisory services that embody industry best practices and foster diverse talent pipelines, advancing Rio Tinto’s commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity
- Lead, inspire and develop a diverse and dynamic talent acquisition team
- Partner with the Aluminum leadership team to align business strategies and objectives with cost-effective recruitment delivery and talent sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with the broader People Function and Areas of Expertise to exchange information and resources
- Provide training and guidance on optimizing recruitment tools and process
- Leverage data-driven insights and best practices to shape effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure consistent application of Rio Tinto’s recruitment policies and processes
- Identify and recommend improvements in recruitment, talent and sourcing processes
- Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts
- Ensure recruitment activities meet business needs and proactively address any concerns
