Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Partenaire d’Affaires en amélioration de la performance, afin d’assurer l’excellence opérationnelle et l’esprit Lean pour les services techniques de Québec Opérations. Votre rôle consistera à mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques opérationnelles et de gestion pour orienter l’organisation la performance.
Sous l’autorité du Directeur général en amélioration de la performance, Opérations Atlantiques, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Agir à titre de conseiller stratégique dans l’établissement des priorités et l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires
- Soutenir le déploiement de normes, de processus d’amélioration et du système de production sécuritaire de Rio Tinto (SPS)
- Promouvoir et instaurer une culture de l’amélioration et encadrer les équipes dans la mise en œuvre de changements durables
- Être en mesure d’appliquer et d’expliquer des concepts et méthodes Lean et Six Sigma
- Soutenir le comité de direction de service technique sur les activités stratégiques
- Assurer la connexion entre les services techniques et les sites
- Supporter l’identification de la formation en excellence opérationnelle et mentalité comportement
- Travailler en collaboration avec le chef de service Performance, productivité et planification afin d’opérationnaliser le plan stratégique
- Faciliter la livraison du portefeuille d’initiatives en engageant et supportant les propriétaires et promoteurs
- Coordonner de façon globale la transformation dans sa zone de responsabilité pour livrer de la valeur aux sites et à l’entreprise en soutenant l’exécution de projets d’amélioration
- Organiser et préparer des ateliers visant à bâtir le plein potentiel
- Définir et encadrer des démarches d’amélioration pour des problématiques complexes.
- Répondre aux demandes ad-hoc pour soutenir des problématiques urgentes opérationnelles.
À propos de vous
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes :
- Baccalauréat en science, en ingénierie ou tout autre domaine pertinent
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience sont 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- Certification ceinture noire
- Maitriser le français et l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. Rio Tinto est une entreprise mondiale et les fonctions de ce poste exigent une collaboration quotidiennement avec des collègues, des équipes ou des partenaires basés à l’extérieur du Québec.
- Connaissance d’un environnement Lean, Six Sigma
- Orientation résultat, capacité d’analyse et esprit d’équipe

- Capacité à traiter avec divers enjeux

Emplacement du poste
Rio Tinto Aluminium est présent au Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean depuis plus de 100 ans. Dans la région, nos installations comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida, le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port. Nos usines d’électrolyse à la fine pointe de la technologie produisent de l’aluminium certifié « responsable ».
