Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Conseillere(ère) principal(e) en développement des compétences, afin d’assurer la stratégie de formation et d’accompagnement pour améliorer les performances de l’organisation.
Sous l’autorité du Directeur général en amélioration de la performance, Opérations Atlantiques, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Développer la stratégie de développement des compétences du SPS/Lean/Gestion des opérations des employés (à tous les niveaux)
- Cibler les compétences du SPS/Lean/Gestion des opérations à développer par clientèle en fonction des priorités de Québec Opérations etdes site
- Assurer le leadership/coordination entre les différents intervenants impliqués dans le développement des compétences du SPS/Lean/Gestion des opérations
- Être à l’affut des meilleures pratiques de formation
- Développer les stratégies de développement des compétences ciblés (diffusion formation, accompagnement
- Établissement de méthodes pour mesurer et communiquer l’efficacité et les résultats des initiatives de développement des compétences;
- Création et maintien de connexion avec le groupe apprentissage et développement
- Coordonner le développement et la mise à jour du matériel formation
- Diffuser et assurer la diffusion du contenu de formation
- Développer les différentes certifications requises, et ce à tous les niveaux
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, vous devez répondre aux critères suivants :
- Baccalauréat en science, en ressources humaines ou tout autre domaine pertinent
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience sont 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- Expérience dans le développement des capacités de leadership (à tous les niveaux)
- Maitriser le français et l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. Rio Tinto est une entreprise mondiale et les fonctions de ce poste exigent une collaboration quotidiennement
avec des collègues, des équipes ou des partenaires basés à l’extérieur du Québec
- Connaissance d’un environnement Lean, Six Sigma
- Orientation résultat, capacité d’analyse et esprit d’équipe
- Aptitudes de mobilisation et d’engagement
- Capacité à traiter avec divers enjeux et parties prenantes

Emplacement du poste
Rio Tinto Aluminium est présent au Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean depuis plus de 100 ans. Dans la région, nos installations comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida, le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port. Nos usines d’électrolyse à la fine pointe de la technologie produisent de l’aluminium certifié « responsable ».
