Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Leader de déploiement SPS pour les fonctions, afin coordonner et mener les différents déploiements du système de production sécuritaire (SPS) dans les fonctions de notre organisation.
Sous l’autorité du Directeur général en amélioration de la performance, Opérations Atlantiques, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Gardien du processus de déploiement SPS;
- Planifie et possède le calendrier de déploiement en collaboration avec les responsables de la fonction et de sites;
- Participe et joue le rôle d’expert aux activités stratégiques;
- Coordonne les activités et assure les livrables des phases du programme SPS;
- Accompagne et coordonne les ressources de l’équipe de déploiement;
- Établie le lien avec le principal responsable de la fonction et/ou le promoteur;
- Assure la cohérence avec les autres leaders des autres fonctions;
- Assure le partage des meilleures pratiques du déploiement (gestions de changement, communications, jalons clés, etc.);
- Effectuer le suivi des activités et fourni différents rapports aux parties prenantes;
- Supporte les leaders à l’implantation des actions du plan de travail;
À propos de vous
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes :
- Baccalauréat en science, en ingénierie ou tout autre domaine pertinent;
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience sont 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire;
- Expérience dans un déploiement SPS ;
- Certification ceinture noire (un atout) ;
- Maitriser le français et l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. Rio Tinto est une entreprise mondiale et les fonctions de ce poste exigent une collaboration quotidiennement avec des collègues, des équipes ou des partenaires basés à l’extérieur du Québec;
- Connaissance d’un environnement Lean, Six Sigma;

- Capacité à traiter avec divers enjeux.

Emplacement du poste
Le titulaire du poste sera amené à travailler dans la région du Saguenay ou Montreal.
Rio Tinto Aluminium est présent au Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean depuis plus de 100 ans. Dans la région, nos installations comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida, le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port. SPS Deployment Leader for Functions

About the Role

We are seeking an **SPS Deployment Leader for Functions** to coordinate and lead various deployments of the Safe Production System (SPS) within our organization. Reporting to the General Manager of Performance Improvement, Atlantic Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the guardian of the SPS deployment process;
- Planning and owning the deployment schedule in collaboration with function and site managers;
- Participating as an expert in strategic activities;
- Coordinating activities and ensuring deliverables for SPS program phases;
- Supporting and coordinating the deployment team’s resources;
- Establishing links with the main function leader and/or sponsor;
- Ensuring alignment with other function leaders;
- Sharing best practices in deployment (change management, communications, key milestones, etc.);
- Monitoring activities and providing reports to stakeholders;
- Supporting leaders in implementing action plans.
About You
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field;
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3 to 5 years in a similar role;
- Experience in SPS deployment;
- Black belt certification (an asset);
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Rio Tinto is a global company and the duties of this position require daily collaboration with colleagues,
teams or partners based outside Quebec; - Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma environments;
- Results-oriented, analytical skills, and team spirit;
- Strong mobilization and engagement skills;
- Aptitude in organizational behavior and teamwork;

Location of the Role
The position holder will be required to work in the Saguenay region or Montreal.
