Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Manager Transport de Masse & Équipements Mobiles Légers pour assure la supervision stratégique et le leadership de toutes les opérations de transport de masse et des équipements mobiles légers sur le site du projet Simandou.
Le/la titulaire du poste devra aligner les efforts de l’équipe sur les objectifs du projet, gérer les budgets et assurer la liaison avec la direction générale ainsi qu’avec les parties prenantes externes. Une solide compréhension de SAP est requise pour la planification, la gestion des pièces de rechange et le suivi des actifs.

Relevant du Senior Manager, Business Services, le/ la Manager Transports de masse et Équipements Mobiles Légers aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
- Leadership stratégique et supervision opérationnelle
Dirige la stratégie globale des opérations de transport de masse et d’équipements mobiles légers (EML), fixe les objectifs de performance, supervise les trois superintendances (surveillance, flotte, maintenance) et assure l’alignement des équipes avec les priorités du projet.
- Gouvernance HSE et gestion des situations de crise
Garantit la conformité aux politiques HSE de Rio Tinto et aux réglementations locales, coordonne avec l’équipe HSE pour maintenir des standards élevés de sécurité, et pilote la planification des réponses aux urgences liées au transport ou aux équipements.
- Gestion budgétaire et optimisation des ressources
Élabore, gère et optimise le budget global des activités de transport et d’EML, approuve les dépenses et utilise SAP pour la planification, la gestion des ressources et le suivi des actifs.
- Intégration des performances et développement durable
Assure l’intégration des données de surveillance, des plannings de flotte et des résultats de maintenance pour améliorer l’efficacité globale, tout en promouvant des initiatives durables telles que l’efficacité énergétique, la réduction des déchets et les pratiques écologiques.
- Relations avec les parties prenantes et gestion des fournisseurs
Agit en tant qu’interlocuteur principal auprès de la direction, des sous-traitants et des parties prenantes locales, tout en supervisant les contrats majeurs et le suivi des fournisseurs via SAP pour garantir la qualité des services et la performance des partenaires.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Formation et expérience professionnelle
Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau licence en logistique, ingénierie, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente), avec au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion du transport ou des équipements, dont 5 ans à un poste de direction, idéalement dans le secteur minier.
- Compétences en gestion d’équipes et de projets
Expérience avérée dans la gestion de plusieurs équipes et de projets à grande échelle, avec une maîtrise pratique de SAP pour la planification, la gestion des pièces de rechange et le suivi des actifs.
- Maîtrise des normes HSE et des opérations minières
Solide compréhension des réglementations HSE, de la logistique du transport, des stratégies de maintenance et de l’utilisation de SAP dans les opérations minières.
- Gestion stratégique et relations avec les parties prenantes
Compétence démontrée en gestion budgétaire stratégique, en coordination avec les fournisseurs et en relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Compétences linguistiques et informatiques
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral) fortement souhaitée ; la connaissance des langues locales est un atout. Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, de SAP (modules de planification, pièces détachées, gestion des actifs) et des outils de gestion de projet.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
