About the role
We are seeking an experienced Specialist, Business Applications to manage and enhance a portfolio of business and technical applications, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 CRM. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the support, maintenance, and minor enhancements of applications while ensuring high-quality service and operational stability.
You will collaborate closely with our external support provider to deliver solutions aligned with business needs. The position reports directly to the Superintendent, Business Applications and is based in Perth/Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the external support providers to ensure service stability, availability, compliance, and quality as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring the support provider offers cost-effective solutions within agreed schedules.
Manage a portfolio of business applications, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 CRM Sales and related systems.
Control budgets for minor enhancements and manage support operations.
Monitor and report on support services, tracking complex or urgent issues.
Provide guidance to external vendors and collaborate across teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Coordinate with IT and business units on initiatives affecting application performance or service delivery. Experience working with business applications outside of Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Tertiary education in Information Technology (bachelor’s degree preferred).

Demonstrable years of experience in application support and Implementation, preferably within a global organisation.
