About the role
We are seeking several Officers – Supply to join our warehouse teams across the Pilbara. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring critical parts, materials, and consumables are available to keep our iron ore operations running efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing stock in line with safety and quality standards, while maintaining accurate inventory records in systems such as SAP. You will work closely with maintenance and operations teams to meet urgent requirements, operate diesel and electric forklifts to move materials, and support stocktakes, cycle counts, and continuous improvement activities. This is a hands-on role that requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong customer service focus to maintain the reliability of our large-scale warehouse operations.

Experience in warehousing, transport, or logistics operations

High level of attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing priorities to meet operational requirements

Solid customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders

Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and embrace technological change

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Sound computer literacy, including data entry and spreadsheet skills

Current forklift HRWL

Current ‘C’ Class manual driver’s licence

Commitment to safety with demonstrated adherence to company, site, and regulatory safety standards

Experience contributing to process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives

Solid communicator to ensure replicable information is recorded and shared

Current HR licence

Previous leadership experience in a similar environment

Previous experience in supply chain or warehousing within the mining or heavy industry sector

Experience supporting multiple warehouse sites or working in remote operations

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices, including cycle counts, minimum/maximum controls
