Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Conseiller (ère) Senior Développement Economique Régional Planification-Exécution des Projets & des Programmes qui aura en charge d’assurer une liaison régulière avec les différents conseillers et gestionnaires RED des différents volets de travail en fournissant une orientation technique à la direction de RED tout en tenant compte des priorités du projet et programme, des exigences non seulement légales, mais aussi en matière d'impact social et environnemental, des normes de Rio Tinto et de la SFI ;

Poste basé à Conakry, uniquement ouvert aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Manager Développement Economique Regional Planification-Exécution des Projets & des Programmes, le/la Conseiller (ère) aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Diriger la conception, la passation des marchés, la mise en œuvre et le suivi et l'évaluation des projets d'infrastructure sociale dans les communautés régionales le long du corridor (c'est-à-dire l'approvisionnement en eau, l'électrification, les déchets et l'assainissement, ainsi que d'autres types de projets d'infrastructure d'investissement social) ;
- Contrôler les budgets, les calendriers, les étapes, les indicateurs clés de performance, les produits livrables et les performances du HSEC ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs locaux et les partenaires tout en veillant sur leurs performances par rapport aux obligations contractuelles et aux termes de référence en fournissant si nécessaire une formation et un renforcement de capacités pour assurer une livraison satisfaisante ;
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de rapports périodiques et imprévus pour répondre aux exigences des organismes de réglementation, de l'entreprise et des partenaires/investisseurs.
- Contribuer à l'établissement du budget annuel (ad hoc sur les performances) de gestion de la RED, du cahier de charges pour des études complémentaires spécifiques ou la collecte de données, le cas échéant
Ce que vous apporterez
- Avoir un diplôme universitaire en gestion de la construction, en génie civil, en planification urbaine et régionale, en ingénierie, en architecture ou dans un autre domaine connexe et au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans la conduite de projets et de programmes de développement économique, y compris des projets de construction et d'infrastructure ;
- Avoir une expérience de conception, de planification et d’exécution de projets et programmes d'investissement social avec des conceptions durables pour les communautés régionales ;
- Avoir au minimum deux (2) ans d’expérience de gestion d’équipe et une forte interaction avec les communautés locales et régionales, les autorités locales et préfectorales, les fournisseurs et partenaires locaux et nationaux en Guinée et/ou en Afrique de l'Ouest ;
- Avoir une expérience de travail avec les standards de la Société Financière Internationale ;
- Avoir un bon niveau de communication de préférence bilingue (française/anglais) et une bonne maitrise des langues du terroir

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
