Estamos buscando un Superintendente de Repuesta a Emergencias y Seguridad Patrimonial que será responsable del desarrollo, gestión y operación del programa de emergencias para el proyecto. Además, tendrá la responsabilidad de garantizar la consistente aplicación y adherencia al Estándar de Control de Rio Tinto en estrecha colaboración con los diferentes miembros del equipo superior de gestión del emplazamiento.
Esta función es una gran oportunidad para sobresalir en un rol de liderazgo clave en un medio ambiente complejo. El titular debe ser un profesional experimentado en respuesta a emergencias con una experiencia significativa dentro de proyectos en la Argentina.
Reportándose al HSE Manager y trabajando en un ambiente colaborativo, usted deberá:

Implementa programas organizacionales de seguridad, salud, medio ambiente y calidad.

Planifica e implementa políticas y procedimientos de seguridad para cumplir con las normas y reglamentos de seguridad y salud ocupacional.

Desarrolla estrategias integrales de seguridad patrimonial alineadas con los estándares globales de Rio Tinto y las regulaciones locales.
-
Lidera la planificación y ejecución del Plan General de Respuesta a Emergencias, asegurando su integración con las operaciones del sitio.
-
Coordina entrenamientos especializados para el ERT, promoviendo una cultura de preparación y respuesta efectiva ante emergencias.

Colabora en el diseño de instalaciones con enfoque preventivo, integrando criterios de seguridad desde la etapa de planificación.
-
Supervisa la implementación de tecnologías de detección y respuesta automática, garantizando su operatividad y mantenimiento.

Establece indicadores de desempeño para evaluar la efectividad de los programas de seguridad y emergencias, impulsando mejoras continuas. Supervisa el Dictado de capacitaciones al personal de la brigada voluntaria.

Organizar actividades de prevención de riesgos asociados a los trabajos críticos.

Cumplimiento de simulacros mensuales/anuales.

Desarrollos de cronogramas de actividades semanales, mensuales y anuales

El candidato seleccionado aportará una mentalidad de “seguridad primero” y fomentará comportamientos y una cultura donde la seguridad física y psicológica sean la prioridad número uno.
Será un empleado inclusivo, capaz de colaborar eficazmente en toda la organización, y además aportará las siguientes habilidades y experiencia al rol:

Un ambiente laboral donde la seguridad es siempre su principal prioridad;

Un certificado o diploma postsecundario en los campos de la gestión de seguridad, cumplimiento de la ley, criminología, gestión de los riesgos, etc. Es preferible tener un título Universitario.

Una experiencia mínima de 10 años dentro de la industria específica (militar, de extinción de incendios) incluyendo experiencia en materia de supervisión;

Experiencia y comprensión industrial del proceso químico – esto será altamente recomendable;
-
Nivel alto de comunicación en español e inglés tanto escrito como oral;

Atributos que abiertamente demuestren que los HSES (Servicios de Higiene, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente) constituyen un valor personal;

Capacidad para priorizar las tareas para cumplir con los vencimientos, las metas y los objetivos;

Experiencia de trabajo con equipos diversos.

Experiencia de trabajo con contratistas para apoyar una ejecución satisfactoria;

Identificación y gestión de los riesgos personales;
-
Información e investigación de la seguridad;
-
Inspecciones del lugar de trabajo y servicio de limpieza;
-
Comprensión de una gestión efectiva de las emergencias;
-
Conocimientos de la protección contra incendios de la Argentina.

It is a long-life, scalable resource with one of the lowest carbon footprints of lithium assets in the world. This acquisition is a significant further endorsement of our commitment to the battery materials sector and lithium's role in a low-carbon future.
