About this role
We are looking for a Senior Adviser, Digital Learning & Enablement to lead the end-to-end delivery and quality assurance of digital learning materials across the Modern ERP program.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on project managing material development with our System Integrator partners – ensuring all content is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You will act as the gatekeeper of learning quality, overseeing offshore delivery teams and ensuring materials are aligned to program standards, user needs and global deployment timelines.
Working closely with learning, change and technical teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our global workforce is equipped with the right tools, guidance and digital support to successfully adopt SAP S/4HANA.
What you’ll be doing

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital learning materials across the SAP S/4HANA program

Partnering with our SI to ensure outputs are delivered to quality, time and budget

Act as the quality gatekeeper, reviewing materials within SAP Enable Now and ensuring adherence to standards and templates

Manage delivery of content from offshore teams, ensuring consistency, completeness and alignment to expectations

Partner with technical and learning teams to ensure effective deployment and use of WalkMe across the program

Coordinate translation readiness and timelines across multiple languages and regions to avoid delivery delays and cost impacts

Track and report on progress, risks and quality issues, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution

Build strong relationships across stakeholders to ensure materials are fit-for-purpose, user-friendly and support successful adoption
What you’ll bring
-
Proven experience in project managing digital learning or training delivery within a large transformation program
-
Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now and WalkMe (implementation and application, not just exposure)

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation environments

Experience managing System Integrators and offshore delivery teams in a complex, global program

Strong quality assurance mindset, with the ability to review and uplift large volumes of learning materials

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical, learning, and business teams

Strong planning and coordination capability, including managing dependencies such as translation and deployment timelines

Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, bringing structure, discipline and consistency to delivery

We’re modernising a 20‑year‑old ERP system and redesigning core business processes to improve safety, efficiency and ignite innovation.
This work supports our people across global operations to spend less time on transactional tasks and more time on work that really matters.
