Nous sommes à la recherche d’Électricien(ne)s Maintenance Industrielle qui seront chargé(e)s d’assurer une maintenance électrique de haute qualité sur les équipements critiques gérés par l’équipe MMP E&I Maintenance, en réalisant des dépannages fiables et des réparations efficaces, en contribuant à l’application des stratégies de maintenance standardisées, aux initiatives de fiabilité et aux programmes d’intégrité des actifs couvrant les installations fixes, les interfaces avec les équipements mobiles, les services utilitaires et les infrastructures du site.

Relevant du Superviseur des opérations électrique, ils/elles aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
Electrical Maintenance & Technical Support
- Assurer la maintenance préventive, prédictive et corrective des systèmes électriques (moteurs BT/HT, variateurs, démarreurs progressifs, tableaux, MCC, réseaux de distribution, convoyeurs, concasseurs, pompes, éclairage, UPS, infrastructures électriques).
- Diagnostiquer efficacement les pannes électriques, réaliser les installations, tirages de câbles, raccordements, mises à niveau d’équipements et soutenir les équipes mécaniques et instrumentation lors des interventions croisées.
Conformité, Sécurité & Gestion des Risques
- Appliquer rigoureusement les contrôles de sécurité électrique : LOTOTO, précautions contre l’arc flash, vérification d’isolement et systèmes de permis de travail.
- Veiller à la conformité des travaux avec les normes électriques, instructions OEM, codes nationaux et procédures du site, tout en identifiant et signalant immédiatement les risques ou quasi-incidents.
Support aux Programmes Centraux de Gestion des Actifs
- Exécuter les tâches de maintenance standardisées basées sur la RCM et collecter les données terrain (thermographie IR, mesures d’isolement/continuité, observations vibratoires et thermiques).
- Fournir un retour technique aux ingénieurs fiabilité, contribuer à l’élimination des défauts, et participer aux enquêtes sur les défaillances récurrentes.
Mise en Service, Améliorations & Projets Techniques
- Participer à la mise en service des nouveaux équipements, aux tests fonctionnels, vérifications d’interverrouillages et procédures d’énergie.
- Appuyer les projets d’amélioration électrique, exécuter les modifications d’ingénierie et garantir la mise à jour des documents as-built et dessins annotés.
Documentation & Utilisation du CMMS
- Compléter toutes les interventions, inspections et retours d’information dans le CMMS (SAP/Pronto) avec une documentation précise des mesures, diagnostics, matériaux et actions de suivi.
- Maintenir l’historique des équipements et assurer une qualité de données élevée pour les analyses d’ingénierie.
Outils, Équipements & Tenue des Lieux
- Utiliser et entretenir correctement les outils de diagnostic électrique (megger, multimètre, caméra thermique, testeurs de relais).
- Maintenir les panneaux électriques, salles MCC, sous‑stations et ateliers propres, ordonnés et conformes, tout en assurant la disponibilité des EPI et dispositifs de consignation.
Travail d’Équipe & Communication
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Mécanique, Instrumentation, Automatisation, Opérations et Fiabilité.
- Communiquer clairement avec les superviseurs et la salle de contrôle lors des isolements, remises sous tension et interventions, et contribuer au développement des compétences de la main‑d’œuvre nationale par le mentorat.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Être titulaire d’un certificat technique ou d’un diplôme en Maintenance Électrique ou domaine connexe.
- Avoir 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’électricien dans l’industrie minière ou industrielle lourde, avec une bonne connaissance des systèmes électriques des équipements fixes et mobiles (moteurs, MCC, circuits de commande) ; une expérience en mise en service ou projets greenfield constitue un atout.
- Posséder de solides compétences en dépannage et réparation de composants électriques à l’aide d’outils de diagnostic, ainsi qu’une maîtrise de la lecture de schémas électriques et de plans de câblage ; une familiarité avec les systèmes CMMS pour la planification et les rapports de maintenance est souhaitable.
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est un avantage, ainsi que la capacité à travailler en milieu minier isolé et selon des rotations de quart.
- Faire preuve d’un engagement fort envers la sécurité, le travail en équipe et le respect des procédures opérationnelles.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
