Información sobre el rol
Este rol tiene como objetivo desarrollar un análisis financiero integral y dar soporte en la gestión de costos de materias primas, así como evaluar la eficiencia de la planta y el desempeño operativo, asegurando la correcta elaboración de pronósticos y reportes, y el cumplimiento de los controles internos y los requerimientos corporativos.
Como parte del equipo de Finanzas, tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Colaborar en la elaboración de pronósticos y presupuestos de costos variables, y analizar desviaciones entre resultados reales, plan y forecast, generando insights y recomendaciones para la gerencia.
- Ejecutar el cierre mensual garantizando reportes precisos y oportunos, preparar informes clave de variaciones (variación del precio de compra, eficiencia y resúmenes), y revisar y validar provisiones manuales relacionadas con compras de materias primas y costos asociados.
- Colaborar con equipos y stakeholders multifuncionales para asegurar la calidad de la información financiera y brindar insights que respalden la toma de decisiones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de controles internos, incluyendo SOX y controles mensuales, y apoyar auditorías internas y externas mediante la preparación de documentación y atención de requerimientos.
- Brindar colaboración al quipo cuando sea necesario y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad corporativos y regulatorios mediante la participación en iniciativas y reuniones de seguridad.
Información sobre vos
- Un compromiso firme con tu seguridad y la del equipo.
- Formación universitaria en: Ciencias Económicas o Ingeniería Industrial.
- Experiencia de 5 años o más en análisis de costos, gestión de inventarios y control presupuestario, preferentemente adquirida en empresas industriales de envergadura.
- Valoramos perfiles analíticos, autónomo, con pensamiento crítico y buenas relaciones interpersonales para facilitar la interacción con distintas áreas de la empresa.
- Ingles avanzado (Excluyente)
- Dominio de SAP y herramientas informáticas.
