À propos du poste
Nous cherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) Senior en Arrêt Majeur pour rejoindre notre équipe. Votre rôle est de fournir une expertise senior en gestion des shutdowns, en pilotant les arrêts de zones individuels, les arrêts d’usine d’urgence non planifiés, ainsi que la planification et l’exécution des projets OPEX, notamment ceux du programme critique Wet Plant Reinstatement, essentiel au développement de la mine. Le/La Conseiller(ère) Senior en Arrêt Majeur joue un rôle clé dans la mise en place et le déploiement du système de management des shutdowns mineurs et majeurs, en assurant une exécution sécuritaire, conforme, efficace et alignée avec les standards de performance, de sécurité et de contrôle des coûts de Rio Tinto QMM.
C’est une excellente opportunité pour un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e), reconnu(e) pour sa rigueur opérationnelle, son leadership en environnement industriel complexe et sa capacité à gérer des priorités critiques, de contribuer directement à la performance et à la durabilité des opérations de QMM, dans un environnement exigeant et collaboratif.
Relevant du Manager Shutdown & Planning, et évoluant au sein d’une communauté collaborative, dans un environnement dynamique et multidisciplinaire, vous devrez :

Préparer, planifier et gérer l’exécution des shutdowns de zones, planifiés ou urgents, conformément aux standards Rio Tinto ;
-
Soutenir la planification et l’exécution des projets OPEX, en particulier ceux du programme Wet Plant Reinstatement ;
-
Développer, mettre en œuvre et faire évoluer un système global de gestion des shutdowns, en collaboration avec des spécialistes shutdown externes et/ou une équipe restreinte de planificateurs QMM selon les besoins ;
-
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de shutdown, en lien avec les standards RTSPS, HSEQ, RTP de QMM et du Groupe Rio Tinto ;

Réaliser la planification détaillée des shutdowns de zones (planifiés et urgents) ;
-
Délivrer les shutdowns dans les délais impartis, tout en assurant le contrôle qualité, la conformité des travaux préparatoires et l’excellence d’exécution ;

Assurer une coordination étroite avec les équipes de planification, opérations, maintenance et sécurité.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Major Shutdown, to join our team. Your role is to provide senior expertise in shutdown management, overseeing individual area shutdowns, unplanned emergency plant shutdowns, as well as the planning and execution of OPEX projects, particularly those linked to the critical Wet Plant Reinstatement program, which is essential to the development of the mine. The Senior Advisor, Major Shutdown plays a key role in the establishment and deployment of the minor and major shutdown management system, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution, aligned with Rio Tinto QMM’s performance, safety and cost control standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional, recognized for their operational rigor, leadership in complex industrial environments and ability to manage critical priorities, to directly contribute to the performance and sustainability of QMM’s operations within a demanding and collaborative environment.
Reporting to the Manager, Shutdown & Planning, and working within a collaborative community, a challenging and exciting environment, a diverse team, within the Operations Department, you will be responsible for:

Providing advanced technical support to improve recovery, unit costs, product quality, safety and compliance.

Preparing, planning and managing the execution of area shutdowns, both planned and emergency, in accordance with Rio Tinto standards.

Supporting the planning and execution of OPEX projects, particularly those related to the Wet Plant Reinstatement program.
-
Developing, implementing and continuously improving a global shutdown management system, in collaboration with external shutdown specialists and/or a limited team of QMM planners as required.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of shutdown processes, in line with QMM and Rio Tinto Group standards including RTSPS, HSEQ and RTP.

Delivering detailed planning for area shutdowns (planned and emergency);

Ensuring shutdowns are delivered on time, while maintaining quality control, compliance of preparatory works and excellence in execution.

About you

PMP certification in project management is an advantage.
