Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Contrôleur(se) de Mine qui sera le principal point de communication entre les équipes opérationnelles et les différentes parties prenantes afin de coordonner les arrêts planifiés de production, tels que les changements de quart et les pauses repas. Il/elle assurera également la gestion et l’intégrité des données opérationnelles de la mine à ciel ouvert, en exploitant les systèmes de gestion de flotte pour surveiller l’état des équipements, analyser les retards de production et soutenir les processus de contrôle à intervalles courts (Short Interval Control).

Relevant du Superviseur des Opérations de la Salle de Contrôle, il/elle aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
- Exploiter le système de gestion de flotte minière afin de surveiller, coordonner et optimiser les activités de forage, de dynamitage, de chargement et de transport, tout en assurant le respect du Plan Quotidien des Opérations (PLOD).
- Assurer un suivi en temps réel des équipements et du personnel, analyser les temps d’arrêt, les temps d’attente et les écarts opérationnels, et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour maximiser la performance et l’adhérence au plan de production tout au long du quart.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les ingénieurs de production minière, les superviseurs des opérations, les contrôleurs des installations fixes et le coordonnateur de la santé des actifs afin d’assurer une coordination efficace entre les activités minières, les opérations de traitement et les interventions de maintenance des équipements mobiles.
- Recevoir, préparer, enregistrer et transmettre avec précision les ordres de travail, les informations opérationnelles, les consignes et les communications entre les équipes de terrain, les superviseurs et les techniciens, tout en garantissant l’exactitude et la rapidité de la saisie et de la diffusion des données.
- Coordonner l’initiation des procédures d’urgence conformément aux processus de gestion des situations d’urgence, assurer une communication rapide avec les services concernés et contribuer au maintien de la sécurité et de la continuité des opérations.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Avoir un diplôme ou un certificat en Génie Minier, Opérations de Procédé ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une bonne connaissance des opérations minières à ciel ouvert.
- Avoir une expérience pratique dans les opérations minières de surface et/ou dans un environnement de salle de contrôle, avec une maîtrise des systèmes de contrôle et de gestion des opérations minières.
- Avoir une expérience avérée dans l’utilisation des systèmes de communication radio, des outils informatiques, des feuilles de calcul, des bases de données et des applications de traitement de texte, ainsi que dans la création de tableaux de bord et la production de rapports de performance (KPI).
- Posséder de solides compétences en analyse de données, en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision opérationnelle, avec une capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités, à s’adapter à des environnements changeants et à travailler de manière autonome.
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des procédures opérationnelles standards et des exigences de sécurité minière, être bilingue français et anglais, avec d’excellentes aptitudes en communication, collaboration interfonctionnelle, pensée critique, proactivité et adaptabilité.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
