Nous sommes à la recherche de Contrôleur(se)s des équipements fixes qui seront chargés d’assurer la surveillance, le contrôle et la coordination des activités de traitement et des infrastructures associées. Ils/elles veilleront au respect du Plan Quotidien des Opérations (PLOD), à la coordination des arrêts planifiés et des activités de maintenance, ainsi qu’au suivi des équipements, des données opérationnelles et des performances de production, tout en assurant une communication efficace avec les équipes de terrain afin de soutenir des opérations sûres, fiables et optimisées.

Postes basés à Canga, ouvert aux Candidats Guinéens uniquement avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Superviseur des Opérations de la Salle de Contrôle, ils/elles auront les responsabilités ci-dessous :
- Exploiter le système de contrôle des procédés du Mine Processing Plant (MPP) afin de surveiller, contrôler et optimiser les activités de traitement, incluant le concassage primaire et secondaire, le brise-roche à distance, le convoyage, l’échantillonnage, l’empilage, la reprise, le chargement des trains ainsi que les infrastructures non liées au procédé (NPI).
- Assurer le suivi en temps réel des équipements et du personnel, analyser les temps d’arrêt, les temps d’attente et les écarts de performance, et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour maximiser l’atteinte des objectifs de production conformément au Plan Quotidien des Opérations (PLOD).
- Collaborer étroitement avec les ingénieurs de traitement, les superviseurs du MPP, l’équipe de maintenance et les contrôleurs de la mine afin de garantir l’alignement des activités de traitement, de maintenance et d’exploitation minière avec la stratégie opérationnelle.
- Assurer la collecte, la saisie, la validation et la diffusion en temps opportun des données et informations opérationnelles, tout en recevant, préparant et transmettant les ordres de travail, les messages et les consignes aux équipes de terrain, superviseurs et techniciens.
- Coordonner l’activation des procédures d’urgence conformément aux processus de gestion des situations d’urgence, produire les rapports opérationnels requis et contribuer au maintien de la sécurité, de la fiabilité et de l’efficacité des opérations du MPP.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Avoir un diplôme ou une licence en Génie Mécanique, Génie Électrique, Opérations de Procédé ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une bonne compréhension des opérations minières et des installations de traitement.
- Avoir au moins une année d’expérience dans les opérations minières à ciel ouvert et/ou dans un environnement de salle de contrôle, avec une expérience avérée de l’utilisation des systèmes de contrôle des procédés et des communications radio opérationnelles.
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment les feuilles de calcul, les bases de données, les logiciels de traitement de texte, ainsi que des outils de création de tableaux de bord et de production de rapports de performance (KPI).
- Posséder de solides compétences en analyse de données, en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision, avec la capacité d’interpréter les données opérationnelles, de gérer plusieurs priorités et de s’adapter rapidement aux changements et aux situations imprévues.
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des procédures opérationnelles standards, des réglementations et meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité minière, être bilingue français et anglais, et démontrer d’excellentes aptitudes en communication, collaboration, autonomie, esprit critique, proactivité et adaptabilité.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
