Buscamos una persona apasionada por la tecnología y el servicio al cliente para brindar soporte y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la infraestructura tecnológica de nuestro sitio operativo.
Serás una pieza clave para ayudar a nuestros equipos a trabajar de manera segura, eficiente y conectada, colaborando con usuarios, proveedores y equipos globales de tecnología.
Como parte del equipo de IT Service Delivery, tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Brindar soporte de primer nivel a usuarios en hardware, software y herramientas corporativas.
- Instalar, configurar y mantener equipos e infraestructura tecnológica del sitio.
- Gestionar solicitudes e incidentes utilizando las herramientas corporativas de soporte.
- Apoyar el mantenimiento de redes, servidores, sistemas de respaldo, comunicaciones y seguridad tecnológica.
- Promover buenas prácticas de ciberseguridad y brindar capacitación y orientación a usuarios.
- Coordinar y acompañar a proveedores de servicios tecnológicos en tareas de implementación y mantenimiento.

Buscamos personas con curiosidad, iniciativa y vocación de servicio, que disfruten resolviendo problemas y trabajando en colaboración con distintos equipos.
Para este rol, es importante que cuentes con:
- Un compromiso firme con tu seguridad y la del equipo
- Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Sistemas de Información o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en funciones similares dentro de organizaciones de mediana o gran escala.
- Conocimientos de infraestructura tecnológica, redes, sistemas Windows, herramientas de colaboración y plataformas de soporte.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades, trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a entornos dinámicos.
- Deseable Inglés (intermedio)
