Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Formateur(ce) Equipement Mobile qui aura en charge d’apporter du support a la formation en classe et pratique des opérateurs d'équipement, mais aussi d’améliorer directement les compétences des opérateurs d'équipements mobiles en participant à l'élaboration et à la prestation des formations permettant d'obtenir des opérateurs « compétents ».
Ce poste offrira une excellente opportunité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide, où vos efforts auront un impact direct sur le récit et l'identité de notre entreprise.

Poste basé à Canga, (Beyla), uniquement ouvert aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du superviseur de la formation, équipement mobile, il/elle aura les responsabilités clés suivantes
Santé, sécurité et environnement
- Fournir un leadership visible et ressenti en matière de sécurité aux opérateurs d'équipements fixes et donner l'exemple personnel en termes de pratiques et de comportements de travail sécuritaires.
- Développer une culture de la sécurité grâce à la formation et aux interactions personnelles tout en veillant à ce que tous les travaux entrepris dans les domaines de responsabilité soient conformes à la législation en vigueur en matière de sécurité et en pleine conformité avec les normes HSE applicables.
- Assurer la sécurité de tous les stagiaires en favorisant l'identification, l'atténuation et la gestion des risques.
- Pratiquer un entretien ménager et une hygiène de travail de bonne qualité
Opérationnelles
- Offrir des cours de connaissances en classe, des évaluations et des VOC au besoin.
- Élaborer le contenu des cours de formation et les évaluations au besoin.
- S'assurer que toute la documentation liée à la formation est à jour et gérée de manière à être facilement accessible et sécurisée grâce au maintien d'un système de classement adéquat.
- Évaluer la formation pour garantir notre capacité à répondre aux besoins de formation des opérateurs, à atteindre les objectifs d'apprentissage et à aborder les unités de compétence spécifiques
- Coordonner la logistique de formation et les calendriers des événements de formation.
- Assurer la liaison avec les groupes de travail internes, les comités et les parties prenantes afin de se tenir au courant des questions de formation, de la législation et des normes associées
Ce que vous apporterez
- Avoir un diplôme ou Cert IV (TAE) lieu de travail, formation et évaluations ou équivalent et disposer d’un minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la conduite d'équipements lourds.
- Avoir de bonnes compétences en communication (verbales et écrites) en résolution de conflits et de performances
- Avoir une bonne compréhension de la SST, des lois/règlements miniers locales applicables à la formation et aux contextes du site
- Avoir une maîtrise de l'utilisation des technologies d'apprentissage et une compréhension et alignement sur le code / spectre de conduite, les objectifs de diversité, les comportements respectueux et les valeurs de RT (adéquation culturelle)
- Avoir une compréhension de la formation EFP et contrôles de qualité associée à la formation et à l'évaluation dans le cadre de la formation de qualité.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
