Nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) Sénior(e) Partenaire d’Affaires Finance – Mine, disposant d’une expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire, idéalement acquise dans les opérations minières et le partenariat d’affaires finance.
Véritable partenaire financier stratégique des équipes opérationnelles de la Mine, le/la titulaire du poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les Opérations afin de fournir des analyses financières et opérationnelles à forte valeur ajoutée, améliorer la performance, optimiser les coûts et soutenir la prise de décision.
Le poste joue un rôle clé dans le pilotage financier des activités minières en assurant la planification financière, l'analyse de performance, l'identification des risques et opportunités ainsi que le renforcement de la discipline financière au sein des opérations. Le titulaire contribuera activement à la création de valeur à travers l'amélioration continue des processus, des outils de reporting et des analyses décisionnelles.
Postes basés à Canga (Beyla) uniquement ouverts aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
- Agir comme partenaire financier stratégique des équipes opérationnelles, en fournissant des analyses et des recommandations permettant d'améliorer la performance opérationnelle et financière de la Mine.
- Développer et maintenir des mécanismes de reporting et d'analyse de la performance permettant de fournir aux parties prenantes des informations pertinentes, fiables et orientées vers la prise de décision.
- Piloter les processus de budgétisation, de prévisions mensuelles et de planification à moyen terme, en traduisant les facteurs opérationnels en impacts financiers.
- Examiner, interpréter et analyser de manière critique les résultats financiers et opérationnels afin d'identifier les écarts de performance et de recommander les actions correctives appropriées.
- Assurer le suivi des coûts, des engagements, des provisions, des prévisions et des initiatives d'économies, tout en analysant la performance des opérations minières afin de renforcer le contrôle financier et la discipline budgétaire.
- Analyser les contrats et les dépenses des fournisseurs, en collaboration avec les équipes Achats et Opérations, afin d'identifier des opportunités d'optimisation des coûts et de création de valeur.
- Développer et maintenir des modèles financiers avancés pour les analyses de scénarios, les études économiques et l'évaluation des arbitrages entre coûts et valeur.
- Préparer et présenter des analyses financières à forte valeur ajoutée destinées à la direction et aux principales parties prenantes, en exploitant des outils analytiques tels que SAP, Excel et Power BI pour transformer des données complexes en recommandations exploitables.
- Conduire des initiatives d'amélioration continue visant à standardiser les rapports, à renforcer la visibilité de la performance et à améliorer les processus financiers.
- Promouvoir les standards de gouvernance, de contrôle interne, de conformité et de sécurité de Rio Tinto, tout en favorisant une culture de collaboration, de responsabilisation et d'excellence.

- Agir comme Finance Business Partner auprès des équipes opérationnelles et les accompagner dans leurs enjeux financiers.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
