About the role 

We have exciting opportunities for experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinators to join our Brisbane team based in our centrally located office in the CBD.  These opportunities provide administrative and candidate service support to and with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Leaders across multiple portfolios.

Your remit will focus on supporting our passionate stakeholder-facing team to deliver seamless service through administrative support, candidate interview bookings and best operator onboarding.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:

• Administer and manage candidate pipelines for business-critical roles.
• Provide input into the development and improvement of recruitment and selection processes and systems.
• Evaluate and understand client business needs to support guidance and support to hiring leads on smooth recruitment and selection processes and procedures, and timetable for activities.
• Utilise the global recruitment system(s) in accordance with end to end recruitment activities and processes, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of data to facilitate reporting.
• Coordinates and books interviews/site visits with candidates and hiring managers, including rooms, travel, accommodation and car hire.
• Facilitate and support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple sites within the business with a strong focus on people, processes, continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the wider people experience team and business leaders to understand the workforce plan and hiring requirements to ensure support strategies meet the business needs
• Identify and recommend areas for improvement in recruitment and sourcing processes and systems
• Deliver exceptional candidate care to potential employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
• Elevate our employer branding through online platforms promoting Rio Tinto as an employer of choice  

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Significant Recruitment or Team Administration Support experience
• Meticulous attention to detail, and an eye for streamlining processes
• Sound ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads including ad hoc project work
• Demonstrated experience as a proactive central hub to a team, anticipating needs, communicating availability and alleviating administration tasks.
• Experience with enterprise-wide operating recruitment systems, the use of workday would be advantageous
