We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to quality standards. While working, you’ll report to the Superintendent, and your duties will include:

• Monitoring working practices and procedures to keep employees safe.
• Providing directions to employees in accordance with production plans and business needs to meet customer requirements.
• Providing leadership and setting expected goals through team building and planning.
• Interfacing with planners and fellow supervisors to keep improving our processes.
• Ensuring work is completed in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and soliciting input from other team members.
• Supervising work activities on night shifts and weekends.

What you’ll bring

• Your commitment to keep each other safe.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid state driver’s license.
• 2+ years of experience supervising a team.
• Knowledge of production or manufacturing equipment that includes troubleshooting.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, operations, maintenance or another related field.
• Skills in leadership and working with a unionized workforce.
• Computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations.
