About the role
We are looking for a Specialist Maintenance Systems to support the effective application of asset management processes, systems and data that drive reliability, performance and long-term value across our operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Asset Management team where you'll play a key role in work management processes, supporting maintenance outcomes and ensuring compliance with asset management standards and processes. Working across Pacific Operations, you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to build capability and drive improvement through optimized work management practices, as well as manage the underlying systems that support this.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Manager Asset Planning and Reliability you will:

Own the maintenance systems, processes and assurance across our Pacific Operations

Drive the effective use of asset management systems, including SAP
-
Coach and support teams across Pacific Operations in the application of asset management and work management processes

Conduct systems audits and process reviews to improve adherence and data quality

Contribute to major improvement programs that uplift capability, capacity and asset management performance

Analyse asset and maintenance information to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement

Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering and procurement stakeholders to improve work management outcomes
-
Identify opportunities to improve system effectiveness, data quality and process performance
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-
Strong transactional experience in SAP, specifically its application to work management, shutdown management and Zero Based Budget processes
-
Experience within asset management, maintenance planning, scheduling and work management principles
-
Experience managing or maintaining asset master data with a strong focus on compliance and data quality
-
Strong knowledge of asset management systems and work management processes, particularly SAP
-
Knowledge of asset management processes and maintenance execution practices
-
A collaborative mindset, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
-
A proactive approach to process improvement and capability development
-
The ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions to drive positive outcomes
-
Experience coaching, supporting or training users on systems and processes
