About the role
Do you thrive on tackling complex business problems and shaping the future of digital products? We're seeking a passionate Product Manager to drive digital roadmaps and value from our Maintenance Mobility Solutions in the areas of asset maintenance and work assignment.
Our maintenance mobility solution empower frontline workers by digitising key asset management processes. This enables the safe and efficient completion of work while providing valuable data for data-driven maintenance processes, optimising equipment performance and contributing to achieving operational excellence.
As part of the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) division, our product managers are the primary contact for asset management and related initiatives across the group. Working closely with business stakeholders as part of blended teams, you’ll collaborate widely with senior stakeholders to articulate and then drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.

- Demonstrated understanding of product lifecycle management, with ability to manage and develop product strategies.
- Working knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks.
- Strategic and commercial acumen, acting as a trusted advisor to influence senior management and stakeholder decisions in ideation and development of business requirements.
- Analytical skills, to anticipate challenges and devise innovative solutions, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality product requirements aligned with business outcome delivery .
- Focus on measurable outcomes, driving teams towards achieving business targets and delivering exceptional landed value to customers.

Specific accountabilities for the Product Manager, include:
- Provide the focus on problem definition and value realisation – providing strategic recommendations into product viability, clearly linked to return on investment.
- Envisioning future states of digital products in alignment with evolving business conditions and strategies, to drive vision and strategy for core products.
- Lead the planning and execution of scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyse business and market trends as well as end-user data to identify opportunities and understand customer needs, informing investment proposals, product strategies, and buy versus build versus re-use decisions.
- Collaborate with internal leadership, subject matter experts, and key business stakeholders to define and prioritize roadmaps of digital solutions linked to value cases and customer requirements.
- Provide oversight and drive collaboration with related functions across Product Enablement, Engineering, Operations and Data & Analytics.
- Monitor product performance continuously to ensure it meets desired business outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Build and maintain trust with stakeholders through consistent, high-quality product delivery and effective communication.
- Ensure regular alignment on product direction with key stakeholders and ensuring important product-related decisions are made with effective collaboration.
About you
- Highly empathetic to the challenges and needs of mobile application users.
- Experience in ideation, business & product requirement development for mobile applications, leading to value realisation.
- Broad understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated by the ability to structure issues and analyse alternative solutions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills – able to convey both strategic vision and specific details to business owners, functional and technical team members.
- Knowledge of the challenges of asset management or operations, safety and controlling risks and hazards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Five years of experience in product management or product ownership and business analyst, with readiness for the next step.
- A graduate degree in a relevant field.
