First and Second Line interface
· Act as a key interface between First Line FAS process owners and Second Line assurance activities.
· Support First Line teams with control design, enhancement, and clarification of evidence expectations, while maintaining appropriate Second Line independence.
· Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and escalation of control issues within FAS.

Projects and continuous improvement
· Lead and/or contribute to Group Services and FAS finance initiatives, including automation, standardisation, and transformation projects. Support the integration of control requirements into day-to-day FAS operations and new or changing
processes.
Team and matrix leadership within FAS
· Provide day-to-day functional leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to junior FAS compliance team members.
