Sobre el Rol
Buscamos Biólogo/a, cuya responsabilidad será la de brindar liderazgo técnico especializado en biodiversidad dentro del área de Medio Ambiente, actuando como referente en flora, fauna, limnología y ecosistemas sensibles. El rol tiene como objetivo asegurar la correcta planificación, ejecución y mejora continua de los monitoreos ambientales, así como el asesoramiento técnico transversal a los equipos operativos y de gestión, contribuyendo al cumplimiento normativo, la gestión de riesgos y la protección de los valores ambientales del sitio.
Valoramos experiencia previa en posiciones similares, desarrollada en plantas industriales de envergadura.
La modalidad de trabajo será en oficinas San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca, Catamarca
Al trabajar bajo la supervisión del área de Medio Ambiente, en un entorno desafiante y emocionante dentro del departamento de Higiene y Seguridad Operacional, podrá:
Actuar como referente técnico en materia de flora, fauna y ecosistemas, proporcionando asesoramiento especializado a los distintos equipos internos en materia de evaluación de impactos ambientales. Diseñar, coordinar y supervisar campañas de monitoreo de biodiversidad, asegurando la calidad técnica de los relevamientos, la recolección de datos, la medición de parámetros, el análisis de resultados y la generación de informes conforme a estándares regulatorios y corporativos. Gestionar proyectos ambientales específicos liderando y participando en proyectos especiales vinculados a biodiversidad y ecosistemas sensibles, asegurando su correcta implementación, seguimiento y mejora. Desarrollar e impartir programas de capacitación internos sobre biodiversidad, buenas prácticas ambientales y sensibilización, promoviendo una cultura de cuidado del entorno en todo el personal y contratistas. Contribuir al cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental aplicable y los estándares ambientales y de seguridad de la compañía, participando en la elaboración de documentación técnica y brindando asistencia permanente en los procesos de auditorías e inspecciones.

- Formación: Biólogo/a – Licenciatura en Biología
- Experiencia: Se requiere experiencia en posiciones similares preferentemente en la industria minera y plantas industriales.
- Habilidades: Trabajo en equipo, buena comunicación, consciencia de la seguridad, adaptabilidad a un entorno dinámico.
