Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Ingénieur(e) PTW & Isolation qui sera responsable de la gestion du système de permis de travail (PTW) de l’usine de traitement, tout en agissant comme point de contact principal pour les consignations mécaniques et électriques. À ce titre, il/elle devra garantir l’isolement sécurisé de tous les équipements avant toute intervention et sera également chargé(e) de superviser la mise hors tension ainsi que les activités de consignation et d’étiquetage (LOTO) des équipements dans le cadre des opérations de maintenance, en veillant au strict respect des procédures HSE. Par ailleurs, il/elle contribuera au renforcement des contrôles des risques critiques et à l’application d’une discipline opérationnelle rigoureuse. Enfin, il/elle devra promouvoir une culture axée sur la sécurité, la responsabilisation et l’amélioration continue, tout en pilotant des initiatives visant à améliorer la performance opérationnelle, la sécurité et l’optimisation des coûts des activités de traitement.

Relevant du Surintendant(e) des Opérations MPP, l’Ingénieur(e) PTW & Isolation aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
- Intégrer la sécurité comme valeur fondamentale et priorité absolue dans l’ensemble des activités opérationnelles, y compris celles des sous-traitants, en assurant leur contrôle et leur supervision,
- Développer des solutions adaptées aux besoins opérationnels tout en privilégiant l’utilisation des politiques, processus et procédures existants du groupe Rio Tinto Iron Ore,
- Élaborer et délivrer les permis d’isolement, annoter les plans d’ingénierie et coordonner avec les équipes de production et de maintenance lors des arrêts planifiés ou des opportunités de maintenance,
- Traduire les exigences en matière de sécurité en outils pratiques, clairs et directement utilisables par les équipes terrain, tout en contribuant activement à la sensibilisation HSE en veillant à l’application rigoureuse des procédures opératoires standard (SOP / SWP) et des analyses de risques (JHA) pour toutes les activités,
- Assurer la gestion des stocks de matériels LOTO ainsi que la tenue et la conformité de la documentation liée à l’ensemble des permis d’isolement, et veiller également à la mise en place, au suivi, à l’analyse et au reporting des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) relatifs à la performance opérationnelle,
- Former, accompagner et influencer la mise en œuvre d’une culture de sécurité, de responsabilisation et d’amélioration continue sur le terrain afin de renforcer durablement les capacités opérationnelles,
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Maintenance, Fiabilité et Services Techniques afin d’assurer une performance intégrée de l’usine, orientée vers l’optimisation de la production et de la rentabilité.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en Sécurité ou dans une discipline connexe, avec une certification professionnelle en sécurité (un atout), et justifier d’une expérience significative dans un environnement opérationnel à haut risque, de préférence dans le secteur minier,
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise des standards Rio Tinto (RMP, C1, C2, D6 et D7) ainsi qu’une expérience des projets miniers et opérationnels en environnement multiculturel (greenfield de préférence),
- Disposer de solides compétences dans l’utilisation des outils informatiques, notamment Microsoft Office, pour collecter, analyser et synthétiser des indicateurs clés, tendances et données, et produire des rapports exploitables à l’appui de la prise de décision stratégique,
- Posséder de bonnes connaissances des circuits de traitement des minerais ainsi que des systèmes de contrôle des usines, et être familier avec les outils de gestion intégrée (SAP, MineMarket, AVEVA, etc.),
- Être capable de travailler efficacement en équipe dans un environnement culturel diversifié, avec un fort esprit collaboratif,
- Avoir d’excellentes compétences en communication, en leadership et en résolution de problèmes, avec un engagement fort envers la sécurité et l’excellence opérationnelle,
- Maîtriser le français et l’anglais, et être capable de travailler dans un environnement minier isolé tout en s’adaptant à des équipes multiculturelles.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
