Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Formateur-Évaluateur en Électricité, Instrumentation et Haute Tension qui sera chargé(e) de développer et de fournir des contenus de formation pour RT Simandou, ainsi que d’organiser les activités pratiques et d’évaluer les connaissances et les compétences de l’équipe SimFer, des entrepreneurs et des sous-traitants, en veillant au respect des normes de qualité les plus élevées.

Poste basé à Canga, ouvert aux Candidats Guinéens uniquement avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Superviseur de formation en Électricité / Instrumentation et Haute Tension, il/elle aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
Conception, Déploiement et Évaluation de la Formation :
- Concevoir, dispenser et évaluer des programmes de formation de haute qualité en électricité industrielle et instrumentation, en conformité avec les standards de Rio Tinto et les référentiels nationaux.
- Assurer des formations théoriques et pratiques couvrant notamment :
- L’installation, la maintenance et la réparation des équipements électriques miniers.
- Les systèmes haute tension : consignation, manœuvres, essais et pratiques sécuritaires.
- Les systèmes d’instrumentation : capteurs, transmetteurs, dispositifs de contrôle et automatisation.
- La lecture et l’interprétation des schémas électriques et documents techniques.
- Le diagnostic des pannes et l’analyse des défaillances.
- Les bases de la programmation et du dépannage des automates (PLC).
- Les stratégies de maintenance préventive, prédictive et corrective.
- L’étalonnage et les essais des équipements électriques et d’instrumentation.
- Les procédures de sécurité, y compris consignation (LOTO) et protection contre les arcs électriques.
Évaluation des Compétences et Suivi des Apprenants :
- Réaliser des évaluations basées sur les compétences conformément aux procédures établies et au cadre qualité de formation.
- Identifier les besoins en formation et apporter un soutien en Langue, Littératie et Numératie (LLN) si nécessaire.
- Suivre les performances des apprenants et signaler rapidement toute difficulté aux superviseurs de formation.
Amélioration Continue et Conformité :
- Réviser et améliorer en continu les contenus et outils de formation, en alignement avec les meilleures pratiques et les exigences de Rio Tinto.
- Maintenir une documentation fiable des formations et assurer la mise à jour des données dans les systèmes de suivi conformément aux exigences de gouvernance.
Sécurité et Développement des Équipes :
- Promouvoir un leadership sécurité rigoureux sur le terrain afin de garantir des conditions de travail et d’apprentissage sûres.
- Accompagner et encadrer les apprentis et stagiaires en favorisant une culture de sécurité, de qualité et d’amélioration continue.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Être titulaire de certifications techniques pertinentes dans les domaines miniers, électriques ou d’instrumentation, ainsi que d’une certification en formation professionnelle (type Certificate IV ou équivalent reconnu).
- Justifier d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie minière, combinée à un minimum de 3 ans en formation professionnelle (VET), idéalement dans des disciplines telles que l’électricité industrielle (haute et basse tension) et l’instrumentation.
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, des technologies d’apprentissage modernes et des systèmes Rio Tinto (ou équivalents), ainsi qu’une connaissance approfondie des normes de formation, de qualité et des cadres réglementaires en santé et sécurité au travail.
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication, animation et facilitation, avec une capacité à dispenser des formations efficaces dans des environnements exigeants et multiculturels.
- Être bilingue français–anglais (souhaité), démontrer une capacité d’adaptation culturelle, un engagement envers les valeurs, la sécurité et le Code de conduite, ainsi qu’une volonté de développement continu (y compris en compétences linguistiques).

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
