Información sobre el rol
Como Gerente de Construcción, tendrás un rol clave en la ejecución de uno de nuestros proyectos de litio más importantes. Serás responsable de supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades de construcción, asegurando los más altos estándares de seguridad, calidad, costos y cronograma.
Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos, contratistas y socios de ingeniería para asegurar una ejecución eficiente y responsable del proyecto.
Como parte del equipo de Proyectos, tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Liderar la seguridad en terreno, promoviendo una cultura de cuidado y cumplimiento de estándares
- Supervisar las actividades de construcción de acuerdo con especificaciones técnicas y estándares de calidad
- Planificar, coordinar y monitorear el avance de obra
- Gestionar contratos de construcción y relaciones con contratistas en entornos remotos
- Evaluar avances y desvíos, implementando soluciones efectivas a tiempo
- Liderar y desarrollar a tu equipo, brindando orientación y feedback continuo
- Asegurar reportes claros y precisos sobre avances, costos y desempeño
- Coordinar reuniones y definir metodologías de trabajo eficientes
Información sobre vos
Buscamos a alguien con experiencia sólida en proyectos de gran envergadura y con pasión por liderar equipos en entornos desafiantes.
Para este rol, es importante que cuentes con:
- Un compromiso firme con tu seguridad y la del equipo
- Formación universitaria en Ingeniería
- +10 años de experiencia en construcción de proyectos industriales, mineros o químicos de gran escala
- Experiencia en gestión de contratos en ubicaciones remotas
- Valoramos especialmente tu liderazgo, capacidad de planificación, comunicación y compromiso con la seguridad.
- Conocimientos: de normas ISO y dominio de herramientas informáticas.
- Inglés (intermedio / avanzado)
- Licencia de conducir vigente

The Battery Materials unit is comprised of the Borates operations in US, the Jadar Project in Serbia and the Rincon project in Argentina, leading in mining borates and lithium for a more sustainable future. The Rincon lithium project is a large undeveloped lithium brine project located in the heart of the lithium triangle in the Salta Province of Argentina, an emerging hub for greenfield projects. It is a long-life, scalable resource with one of the lowest carbon footprints of lithium assets in the world. This acquisition is a significant further endorsement of our commitment to the battery materials sector and lithium's role in a low-carbon future.
