Información sobre el rol
Este rol tiene como objetivo ejecutar el mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo de los sistemas mecánicos e hidráulicos de planta, garantizando la continuidad operativa, bajo los estándares de seguridad y con un uso eficiente de los recursos.
Como parte del equipo de Mantenimiento, tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Interpretar planos hidráulicos y manuales técnicos para comprender la estructura y funcionamiento de los sistemas mecánicos de planta, especialmente en sistemas de tuberías y equipos de procesamiento.
- Verificar la disponibilidad y condiciones de herramientas e instalaciones del taller, garantizando que estén en óptimas condiciones para realizar las tareas de mantenimiento.
- Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas mecánicos en equipos críticos de planta, como bombas, cintas transportadoras, filtro prensa, centrifugas y reductores, intercambiadores de calor.
- Realizar alineación y montaje de bombas, reductores, cintas transportadoras, filtro prensa y centrífugas, asegurando un funcionamiento preciso y seguro.
- Ejecutar tareas de soldadura, tornería y reparación en diferentes tipos de cañerías y estructuras de soporte, empleando técnicas adecuadas según el tipo de material.

Para este rol, es necesario que cuentes con:
- Un compromiso firme con tu seguridad y la del equipo
- Estudios secundarios completos, con certificación en mecánica, electricidad o electromecánica.
- Experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos industriales de planta.
- Se valoran habilidades de trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados, flexibilidad y disposición para el aprendizaje continuo
- Sólidos conocimientos en sistemas mecánicos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
- Experiencia en tareas de izaje y manejo de grúa de 40Tn (excluyente)
