Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Ingénieur(e) Réseaux Corporate chargé(e) de fournir une expertise technique et un appui opérationnel afin d’assurer la conception, le déploiement et l’optimisation des infrastructures de communication de l’entreprise. Le rôle vise à garantir la connectivité, la performance et la sécurité des réseaux reliant les différents sites, les collaborateurs et les services numériques, tout en assurant la conformité aux standards technologiques de l’organisation et en favorisant l’amélioration continue de l’environnement réseau.

Relevant du Surintendant réseaux, Il/elle aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
Conception, Déploiement & Optimisation des Réseaux
- Concevoir, déployer et optimiser les infrastructures réseaux et télécommunications afin de garantir leur performance, leur disponibilité et leur évolutivité.
- Assurer l’interconnexion des sites, piloter les projets d’évolution des réseaux et fournir une expertise technique dans le cadre des projets d’infrastructure et de transformation numérique.
Administration, Sécurité & Gouvernance des Réseaux
- Administrer les équipements et services réseaux tout en assurant la gestion des accès, la conformité aux standards de sécurité et l’application des politiques de cybersécurité.
- Maintenir la documentation technique, les procédures opérationnelles, les plans de sauvegarde et les dispositifs de continuité des réseaux.
Performance, Surveillance & Continuité Opérationnelle
- Assurer la surveillance proactive des infrastructures afin d’identifier les goulots d’étranglement, optimiser les performances et garantir la disponibilité des services.
- Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance, des mécanismes d’alerte et des plans de reprise permettant d’assurer la résilience des réseaux.
Support Technique & Gestion des Incidents
- Fournir un support technique de niveau avancé et accompagner les équipes support dans la résolution des incidents réseaux complexes.
- Réaliser les analyses techniques, coordonner les actions correctives et veiller au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures.
Gestion des Parties Prenantes & Prestataires
- Coordonner les activités des fournisseurs, prestataires et équipes internes impliqués dans les projets et opérations réseaux.
- Conseiller les parties prenantes sur les choix technologiques, contribuer aux évaluations techniques et assurer la qualité des prestations fournies.
Veille Technologique & Amélioration Continue
- Assurer une veille technologique continue afin d’anticiper les évolutions des réseaux, des télécommunications et des solutions de connectivité.
- Identifier et promouvoir des opportunités d’amélioration visant à renforcer la sécurité, la fiabilité, la performance et l’efficacité des infrastructures réseau.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 en informatique, réseaux et télécommunications, ingénierie informatique ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une solide compréhension des architectures réseaux, des infrastructures de télécommunications et des principes de cybersécurité.
- Avoir 4 à 6 ans d’expérience dans l’administration, le déploiement et l’optimisation des réseaux d’entreprise, idéalement dans un environnement industriel, minier ou multiculturel, incluant la gestion d’infrastructures critiques et le support de niveau avancé.
- Démontrer une expertise avérée dans les technologies et protocoles réseaux, notamment Cisco et Fortinet, les environnements LAN/WAN, les protocoles de routage et de commutation (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP), ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise des standards ITIL, des systèmes Windows et Linux et des technologies de sécurité réseau.
- Faire preuve d’excellentes compétences en communication, collaboration et résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité d’interagir efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, des utilisateurs, des fournisseurs et des prestataires, tout en assurant la coordination de projets techniques complexes.
- Posséder un fort sens de l’organisation, de la rigueur et de l’amélioration continue, avec la capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement opérationnel exigeant. Les certifications professionnelles telles que CCNP et FCP constituent un atout, tout comme la maîtrise de l’anglais.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
