Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste Projets IS&T chargé(e) de fournir un appui opérationnel et une expertise en coordination de projets afin d’assurer la planification, l’exécution et la livraison efficace des initiatives IS&T sur l’ensemble des opérations de Simandou. Le rôle vise à soutenir la réalisation réussie des projets tout au long du cycle de vie de la mine, à garantir l’alignement avec les exigences opérationnelles et les standards de l’entreprise, et à promouvoir l’excellence opérationnelle, la collaboration entre les parties prenantes et l’amélioration continue des services et infrastructures IS&T sur les sites de la mine, du rail et du port.

Relevant du Manager IS&T PMO Operations, il/elle aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
- Assurer la coordination quotidienne des projets IS&T en soutenant les activités de gouvernance, de planification, de suivi des livrables, d’assurance qualité et de reporting, afin de garantir une exécution efficace et conforme aux objectifs établis.
- Maintenir et administrer les principaux outils, systèmes et artefacts de gestion de projet, y compris la documentation, les plans d’action, les registres RAID, les espaces collaboratifs et les bases de connaissances, tout en veillant au respect des processus et standards organisationnels.
- Compiler, analyser et consolider les données de projet afin de produire des rapports fiables, suivre les indicateurs de performance, soutenir la prise de décision et assurer une visibilité claire sur l’avancement des initiatives.
- Fournir un appui administratif, logistique et opérationnel aux équipes projets en coordonnant les réunions, ateliers, communications, cycles de reporting et activités de suivi nécessaires au bon déroulement des projets.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes internes, les fournisseurs et les équipes de livraison afin d’assurer un suivi rigoureux des actions, soutenir les projets prioritaires et contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’efficacité des pratiques, outils et processus de gestion de projet.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, sciences, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe, complété de préférence par une certification reconnue en gestion de projet telle que PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 ou équivalent.
- Avoir une expérience avérée en coordination et soutien de projets, idéalement dans un environnement industriel, minier ou multidisciplinaire, avec une bonne maîtrise des pratiques de gouvernance, de planification, de suivi des livrables et de gestion documentaire.
- Démontrer de solides compétences en organisation, analyse et gestion des données, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément, de maintenir à jour les principaux artefacts projet (Business Case, registres des risques, BRD, journaux de décisions, plans d’action) et de produire des rapports fiables à destination du management.
- Faire preuve d’excellentes compétences en communication, collaboration et engagement des parties prenantes, avec la capacité de rédiger des comptes rendus et rapports de qualité, d’interagir efficacement dans des équipes multiculturelles et de soutenir la coordination entre les équipes, les fournisseurs et les autres partenaires du projet.
- Posséder un fort sens du professionnalisme, du service et du détail, une excellente maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint, une aisance avec les outils numériques modernes et les solutions assistées par l’intelligence artificielle, ainsi qu’un état d’esprit orienté amélioration continue, qualité et respect des délais.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
