Nous recherchons un (1) Superviseur de Convoyeur en charge de la supervision des activités d'inspection, d'entretien, de réparation et de remplacement des bandes transporteuses et de leurs équipements associés (bavette-racleur-rouleau- revêtement de tambour-déversement-colmatage). Il veille aussi à la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des systèmes de convoyage de tout le processus afin de garantir la continuité des opérations de production tout en respectant les normes HSE, les procédures de maintenance et les objectifs de performance de l'entreprise

Poste basé à Canga, uniquement ouvert aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
, Il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :
Gestion des opérations de maintenance
- Superviser les travaux de maintenance préventive, corrective et prédictive sur les convoyeurs à bande.
- Planifier et coordonner les activités de remplacement, de raccordement (splicing) et d'alignement des bandes transporteuses/bavette/racleur/rouleau porteur.
- Assurer le contrôle de la qualité des réparations et des interventions réalisées.
- Veiller à l'application des procédures techniques et des bonnes pratiques de maintenance.
2. Sécurité, Santé et Environnement (HSE)
- Promouvoir et appliquer une culture HSE.
- S'assurer que toutes les interventions respectent les procédures de consignation (LOTO), les analyses de risques (JSA/JHA) et les permis de travail.
- Participer aux enquêtes d'incidents et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives.
- Réaliser des inspections régulières de sécurité sur les zones de travail
- Aligner avec le Control Risque Management (CRM)
3. Gestion des équipes
- Encadrer les techniciens belting, mécaniciens et sous-traitants.
- Organiser les affectations quotidiennes et assurer le suivi des performances de l'équipe.
- Identifier les besoins en formation et développer les compétences du personnel.
- Maintenir une discipline de travail conforme aux exigences de l'entreprise.
4. Fiabilité et performance des équipements
- Surveiller les indicateurs de performance des convoyeurs.
- Identifier les causes récurrentes de défaillances et proposer des solutions durables.
- Participer aux analyses de fiabilité et aux programmes d'amélioration continue.
- Optimiser la durée de vie des bandes, rouleaux, tambours et systèmes de tension.
5. Planification et reporting
- Collaborer avec les planificateurs maintenance pour préparer les arrêts programmés.
- Assurer la disponibilité des pièces de rechange et consommables nécessaires.
- Préparer les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les activités réalisées.
- Mettre à jour les données de maintenance dans le système GMAO (SAP, Pronto, Maximo ou autre).
6. Gestion des contracteurs
- Superviser les entreprises spécialisées en belting et vulcanisation.
- Contrôler la conformité des travaux réalisés par les prestataires.
- Vérifier le respect des contrats, des délais et des exigences de sécurité.
Responsabilités HSE
- Respecter et faire respecter toutes les politiques HSE de l'entreprise.
- Arrêter immédiatement toute activité présentant un risque pour les personnes ou les équipements.
- Participer activement aux réunions sécurité et aux inspections de terrain.
- Signaler toute situation dangereuse et proposer des actions préventives
Ce que vous apporterez
- Avoir un BTS, ou Licence en Maintenance Industrielle, Mécanique, Électromécanique ou domaine connexe, (des certifications en vulcanisation ou maintenance des convoyeurs constituent un atout) et disposer d’un minimum de 6 ans d'expérience en maintenance des convoyeurs à bande dans les secteurs minier, industriel ou portuaire.
- Avoir une expérience confirmée dans la supervision d'équipes de maintenance et une bonne connaissance des systèmes de convoyage lourds et de leur fiabilité.
Compétences Techniques
- Expertise en bandes transporteuses (Steel Cord et Textile).
- Techniques de vulcanisation à chaud et à froid.
- Alignement des bandes et dépannage des problèmes de tracking.
- Inspection des tambours, rouleaux, racleurs et systèmes de tension.
- Remplacer le Revetement de tembour
- Remplacer le rouleau transporteur et de retour
- Lecture de plans mécaniques et schémas techniques.
- Utilisation des systèmes GMAO.
- Analyse des causes racines (RCA).
- Connaissance des normes de sécurité industrielles et minières

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
