Le/La Superintendant(e) – Services de Camp et Installations est responsable de la supervision des opérations quotidiennes, de la maintenance et de la prestation de services de l'ensemble des infrastructures du camp sur le site du projet Simandou. Il/Elle veille à ce que les services d’hébergement, de restauration, d’entretien ménager, les services publics, les espaces récréatifs et les services de bien-être général soient maintenus à un niveau élevé de performance opérationnelle, conformément aux politiques de l’entreprise, aux exigences HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement) et aux obligations contractuelles.
Le/La titulaire du poste assure la gestion des sous-traitants et des équipes internes afin de garantir des opérations de camp sûres, efficaces et rentables, contribuant au bien-être, au moral et à la productivité de la main-d’œuvre dans un environnement FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) éloigné.
Poste basé à Beyla, ouvert aux candidats guinéens uniquement avec un contrat local. Relevant du Manager Business Service il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Assurer la gestion globale des opérations du camp en supervisant la maintenance, la propreté et le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures (bureaux, hébergements, cuisines, installations récréatives, systèmes d’eau, réseaux électriques et espaces communs) afin de garantir une prestation de services continue et de haute qualité.
- Gérer les contrats et les prestataires de services (restauration, entretien ménager, blanchisserie, loisirs et maintenance) en veillant au respect des obligations contractuelles, des accords de niveau de service (SLA), des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et des normes de l’entreprise.
- Garantir le bien-être des employé(e)s et la qualité des services de vie au camp en assurant des standards élevés en matière d’hébergement, de restauration, d’hygiène, de loisirs et de services de soutien, tout en favorisant une expérience positive, la motivation et la productivité de la main-d’œuvre.
- Assurer la conformité HSE et réglementaire de l’ensemble des opérations du camp, notamment en matière de sécurité alimentaire, d’assainissement, de gestion des déchets, de protection de l’environnement et de respect des normes de Rio Tinto ainsi que des réglementations locales applicables.
- Piloter la performance opérationnelle et l’amélioration continue à travers la réalisation d’inspections, d’audits, de revues de service et l’analyse des retours des utilisateurs, tout en mettant en œuvre les actions correctives et les initiatives visant à améliorer les standards de vie au camp.
- Gérer les budgets, les coûts et les ressources en assurant les prévisions budgétaires, le contrôle des dépenses, la vérification des réclamations des sous-traitants et l’optimisation des coûts opérationnels sans compromettre la qualité des services.
- Assurer le leadership, la communication et le reporting en encadrant les équipes et les sous-traitants, en maintenant des relations efficaces avec les parties prenantes, en coordonnant la réponse aux urgences et incidents liés au camp, et en produisant les rapports opérationnels et de performance destinés à la direction.
Ce que vous apporterez
- Détenir une Licence en gestion hôtelière, gestion des installations (Facilities Management), administration des affaires, ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe (ou une expérience équivalente), et justifier d’au moins 7 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de camps, de services aux installations, de l’hôtellerie ou de villages résidentiels en environnement industriel ou isolé, idéalement dans le secteur minier.
- Gérer efficacement des sous-traitants et des contrats de prestation de services sur des sites éloignés, tout en assurant le suivi et l’évaluation de leur performance.
- Maîtriser les exigences HSE, les normes de sécurité alimentaire, la gestion de l’hébergement et les opérations liées au bien-être des résidents, ainsi que les principes de gestion budgétaire, de contrôle des coûts et d’optimisation des dépenses opérationnelles.
- Faire preuve d’excellentes compétences en leadership, en gestion d’équipes et des parties prenantes, ainsi que de solides capacités d’organisation, de résolution de problèmes et d’orientation client.
- Communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais (atout majeur), utiliser la suite Microsoft Office et les outils de reporting opérationnel, et travailler avec efficacité dans un environnement FIFO isolé et exigeant.
- Démontrer de solides compétences en leadership, en gestion des sous-traitants et en développement d’une culture d’équipe positive favorisant l’engagement et la performance des employé(e)s.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, en maintenant une forte orientation service client et en favorisant des relations de travail collaboratives.
- Gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement opérationnel isolé, en faisant preuve d’excellentes capacités d’organisation, de résolution de problèmes, de gestion contractuelle, de maîtrise des coûts et d’un engagement constant envers la sécurité, la conformité et l’amélioration continue.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
