Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Opérateur (trice) de Bulldozer qui sera chargé(e) de garantir l’exécution efficace et sécurisée des travaux d’excavation, de chargement des camions et de construction des ouvrages de drainage (sumps, caniveaux, tranchées), tout en contribuant à la productivité, à la stabilité des infrastructures minières et à la réduction des impacts environnementaux (gestion des eaux et des sédiments).

Poste basé à Canga-Est (Beyla) uniquement ouverts aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Superviseur, il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Réaliser les plate- formes de forage sur la montagne et faire le décapage et dégagement après avoir obtenir l’autorisation du superviseur.
- Faire le remblai et déblai lors de la construction des plate- formes de forages tout en facilitant la construction des routes d’accès aux plate- formes en toute sécurité dans un environnement difficile.
- Faire le nivellement / la maintenance des routes d’accès, sur les plateformes et sur la route minière afin d’assurer le transport des minerais.
- Connaitre les techniques de travail à la verse, au room pad en toute sécurité tout en maitrisant les techniques de ripper des parties très dures sur la montagne.
- Connaitre les Symboles et les différentes parties des engins lourds en disposant d’une connaissance théorique et pratique relatives aux engins lourds
- Suivre la formation et l’évaluation théorique en salle de formation en rapport avec les techniques d’opérations des engins lourds.
- Assurer le foisonnement et le stockage des minerais avant de les transporter au room pad
- Faire des contrôles pré- démarrage et remplir correctement la checklist et construire les bandes de sécurités aux bords des ravins sur la montagne.
- Travailler sous l’autorisation du superviseur de mine en respectant les procédures de HSEmises en place pour opérer en toute sécurité
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Avoir une certification ou des attestations en conduite engins lourds (bulldozer) en opérations minières ou domaine similaire.
- Avoir au minimum cinq (05) ans d’expériences dans un environnement minier avec une connaissance en HSE.
- Avoir une maitrise du travail en terrain difficile surtout en construction et l’entretien des infrastructures minières.
- Avoir une maitrise des techniques spécifiques des engins lourds (bulldozer) soutenu par l’inspection et l’entretien de premier niveau tout en sachant lire et écrire.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
