L’Assistante Exécutive fournit un soutien administratif et organisationnel de haut niveau à l’équipe de direction des Opérations Minières.
Elle est responsable de la gestion des agendas des dirigeants, de la coordination des réunions opérationnelles, de la préparation des rapports et des présentations, du contrôle des documents confidentiels ainsi que de l’assurance d’une communication efficace au sein de la Division des Opérations Minières.
Poste basé à Beyla, ouvert aux candidats guinéens uniquement avec un contrat local.
Relevant du General Manager de la Mine, elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Gérer et maintenir les agendas des dirigeants des Opérations Minières.
- Coordonner les rendez-vous, les revues opérationnelles, les réunions de direction et les visites de site.
- Filtrer et prioriser les courriers, les e-mails et les communications téléphoniques.
- Préparer les dossiers d’information pour la direction, les ordres du jour, les procès-verbaux de réunion et les tableaux de suivi des actions.
- Rédiger des correspondances professionnelles, des rapports, des présentations et des communications officielles.
- Organiser et coordonner les réunions opérationnelles, les revues de gestion, les réunions de sécurité et les échanges avec les parties prenantes.
- Veiller à ce que la logistique des réunions, les réservations de salles et la préparation des documents soient réalisées efficacement.
- Assurer le suivi des actions décidées lors des réunions.
- Tenir à jour les registres des décisions et des engagements opérationnels.
- Gérer et contrôler les dossiers confidentiels, les rapports, les contrats et la documentation opérationnelle.
- Assurer la gestion des versions des documents et le respect des procédures de conservation des archives de l’entreprise.
- Coordonner les déplacements nationaux et internationaux de l’équipe de direction des Opérations Minières.
- Préparer les itinéraires de voyage, les réservations d’hébergement, les visas et les rapports de dépenses.
- Soutenir la logistique d’intégration des nouveaux membres de l’encadrement ainsi que des visiteurs.
- Faciliter la communication entre les Opérations Minières, les Services Techniques, la Maintenance, le département HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement), les Ressources Humaines, les Finances et les partenaires externes.
- Veiller à la diffusion professionnelle et rapide des informations au sein de l’organisation.
Ce que vous apporterez
- Avoir une licence en Administration des Affaires, Management, Administration de Bureau ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Avoir au minimum de 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en secrétariat de direction ou en assistance administrative de haut niveau.
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le soutien à des cadres supérieurs évoluant dans les secteurs minier, industriel, de la construction, du pétrole et du gaz, ou dans un environnement opérationnel similaire.
- Bilingue français–anglais, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Une expérience sur des sites miniers éloignés constitue un atout majeur.
- Solides compétences en préparation de rapports, gestion documentaire et élaboration de présentations professionnelles.
- Maîtrise des systèmes ERP (SAP, Oracle, Pronto ou équivalent) et forte capacité à coordonner les déplacements, la logistique ainsi qu’à garantir la satisfaction des dirigeants et des parties prenantes.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
