Le/La Conseiller(ère) Senior HSE fournit un soutien à la performance des sous-traitants, la mise en œuvre des programmes HSE et la garantie du respect des normes de l’entreprise dans le cadre de multiples contrats de services.
Vous dirigerez une équipe de professionnels de la santé et de la sécurité (Agents et Conseillers HSE) et développerez puis exécuterez des programmes HSE en étroite collaboration avec les responsables opérationnels ainsi qu’avec les membres de la fonction HSE au sens large.
Poste basé à Beyla, ouvert aux candidats guinéens uniquement avec un contrat local.
Relevant du Superintendant Business Services Site, il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre du Système de Management Intégré HSE de Simfer dans le cadre des contrats de Business Services.
- Fournir un soutien HSE quotidien aux sous-traitants intervenant dans les domaines de l’aviation, du transport de masse, des véhicules légers, des opérations de camp, de la restauration, de la gestion des déchets et de la maintenance des véhicules.
- Diriger les audits, inspections, vérifications et activités d’assurance HSE des sous-traitants.
- Appuyer la réalisation des évaluations des risques, des processus de gestion des risques critiques et le développement des contrôles opérationnels.
- Faciliter les enquêtes sur les incidents et veiller à la mise en œuvre efficace des actions correctives.
- Analyser les données de performance HSE et préparer des rapports destinés aux revues de management.
- Accompagner et encadrer les superviseurs des sous-traitants ainsi que les responsables de première ligne sur les attentes et les normes HSE.
- Participer aux processus de mobilisation, d’intégration (onboarding) et d’évaluation de la performance des sous-traitants.
- Réaliser des inspections sur les lieux de travail et des visites terrain afin de vérifier la conformité aux procédures et aux normes en vigueur.
- Promouvoir une forte culture de sécurité grâce à une présence visible sur le terrain et à l’engagement des travailleurs.
- Soutenir la préparation aux situations d’urgence ainsi que la réalisation des exercices d’intervention.
- Veiller à la diffusion professionnelle et rapide des informations au sein de l’organisation.
Ce que vous apporterez
- Avoir un diplôme en Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (HSE), en Ingénierie, en Logistique, en Management Environnemental ou dans une discipline connexe.
- Avoir au minimum 7 ans d’expérience en HSE dans les secteurs minier, logistique, transport, gestion des installations (facilities management), aviation ou projets d’infrastructure.
- Démontrer une solide connaissance des systèmes de gestion des sous-traitants.
- Avoir une expérience avérée dans la réalisation d’audits, d’inspections et d’enquêtes sur les incidents.
- Posséder une capacité à influencer les équipes opérationnelles et les responsables des entreprises sous-traitantes.
- Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais ; la maîtrise du français constitue un atout.
- Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office et des outils de reporting.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
