Información sobre el rol
Este rol tiene como objetivo supervisar y coordinar las operaciones de cosecha de sal en campo, garantizando la ejecución segura y eficiente de las actividades, la continuidad operativa del proceso productivo, el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente, y la optimización del uso de recursos propios y contratistas.
Al formar parte del equipo de, tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias de cosecha de sal, asegurando el cumplimiento del plan operativo y de los objetivos establecidos.
- Gestionar y controlar el desempeño de contratistas, operadores y equipos de trabajo en campo, velando por la correcta ejecución de las tareas asignadas.
- Monitorear la operación de equipos pesados involucrados en la cosecha, garantizando su utilización eficiente, segura y conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
- Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos operativos y de seguridad vial, promoviendo una cultura preventiva y el cumplimiento de las normas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.
- Coordinar con las áreas de Producción, Mantenimiento y Contratistas para asegurar la disponibilidad de recursos y la continuidad de las operaciones.
- Realizar el seguimiento de indicadores operativos, de seguridad y eficiencia, elaborar reportes de gestión e implementar acciones de mejora continúa orientadas a incrementar la productividad y eficiencia del proceso.
Información sobre vos.
Para este rol, es importante que cuentes con:
- Un compromiso con tu seguridad y la de tu equipo.
- Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Minas, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en supervisión de operaciones similares, preferentemente en minería pesada, de litio o canteras.
- Experiencia en coordinación y gestión de contratistas y equipos operativos multidisciplinarios.
- Conocimientos sólidos en operación y supervisión de equipos pesados utilizados en movimientos de materiales y operaciones de campo.
- Conocimientos de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Seguridad Vial aplicados a entornos mineros e industriales.
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas, reporte de operaciones y contar con carnet de conducir tipo B
