(6 ) Conseillers /ère en santé et sécurité
Au sujet du poste :
Nous sommes à la recherche de six (6) Conseillers(ères) Santé et Sécurité pour soutenir la mise en œuvre des normes de santé et de sécurité de Rio Tinto dans le cadre du Projet Simandou, contribuer à l'amélioration continue de notre performance en matière de Santé, Sécurité, Environnement et Communautés (HSEC), et soutenir l'atteinte de notre objectif de zéro préjudice.
Les postes sont répartis comme suit :
- 4 postes à la Mine (Canga)
- 1 poste à la Logistique
- 1 poste au Port (Marine)
Cette opportunité vous permettra d'évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution, où votre contribution aura un impact direct sur la culture de sécurité et les performances opérationnelles de l'organisation.

Postes basés sur les différents sites du projet Simandou, sous contrat local et ouverts aux candidats guinéens uniquement.
Relevant du Surintendant Santé et Sécurité, vous serez responsable de :
- Mettre en œuvre et promouvoir les normes Santé et Sécurité de Rio Tinto afin de soutenir les performances HSEC et contribuer à l'atteinte de l'objectif zéro préjudice sur votre zone de responsabilité.
- Accompagner les opérations quotidiennes en identifiant les risques, en réalisant des inspections terrain et en veillant au respect des exigences de sécurité par les employés et les sous-traitants.
- Animer et renforcer la culture sécurité à travers les briefings sécurité, Take 5, JHA, causeries sécurité, observations comportementales et autres initiatives de prévention.
- Contrôler et superviser les activités à haut risque, notamment :
- À la Mine : excavation, forage, dynamitage, circulation des engins lourds et travaux en hauteur ;
- En Logistique : manutention, entreposage, transport routier et gestion du trafic ;
- Au Port (Marine) : opérations maritimes, chargement/déchargement, levage et interventions à proximité des quais.
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des permis de travail pour les activités critiques telles que les travaux à chaud, les levages, les espaces confinés, les travaux en hauteur et les excavations.
- Participer aux enquêtes d'incidents, inspections et audits, puis élaborer et suivre les actions correctives et préventives afin de réduire les risques opérationnels.
- Former, sensibiliser et accompagner les employés, visiteurs et contractants afin de garantir une compréhension et une application efficaces des exigences Santé et Sécurité sur les différents sites du projet.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Spécificités selon le site d'affectation
- Mine (4 postes) : expérience souhaitée dans les opérations minières, la construction lourde, les engins mobiles et la gestion des risques liés aux activités minières.
- Logistique (1 poste) : expérience souhaitée dans les opérations de transport, d'entreposage, de manutention et de gestion des flux logistiques.
- Port / Marine (1 poste) : expérience souhaitée dans les environnements portuaires, maritimes, de chargement/déchargement et les opérations de levage.
- Diplôme universitaire ou professionnel en Santé et Sécurité au Travail, Gestion des Risques, Hygiène Industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe ; Certification professionnelle reconnue en Santé et Sécurité telle que NEBOSH, IOSH ou équivalent ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français, avec une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais ; Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint) ;
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, en analyse et en prise de décision ;
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement multiculturel et à forte exigence en matière de sécurité.
- Permis de conduire valide pour véhicules légers 4×4 ;

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
