Nous sommes à la recherche de quatre (04) contrôleurs des installations fixes seront principalement polyvalent et interviendront entre différents rôles afin d’assurer la continuité des opérations en remplaçant les Contrôleurs des installations fixes (FXP Controllers) et les Contrôleurs de la mine (Mine Controllers) pendant leurs absences. À ce titre, ils seront chargés de superviser les opérations des installations fixes au moyen du système de contrôle des procédés de l’usine de traitement du minerai (MPP) ou de gérer la flotte d’équipements de la mine à ciel ouvert, afin de garantir le respect du Plan Opérationnel Quotidien (PLOD).

Relevant du Superviseur, ils/elles auront les responsabilités suivantes :
- Assurer en temps réel le contrôle et la surveillance des opérations minières et des installations fixes à l'aide des systèmes de contrôle des procédés et de gestion de flotte.
- Veiller au respect du Plan Opérationnel Quotidien (PLOD) en optimisant les performances opérationnelles, les taux de production et les tonnages.
- Coordonner les activités entre les équipes d'exploitation, de maintenance et de production afin de maximiser la disponibilité des équipements et des installations.
- Assurer le suivi des équipements, du personnel, des temps d'arrêt et des retards opérationnels, et prendre les mesures correctives appropriées.
- Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes pour garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de production en toute sécurité et conformément aux procédures opérationnelles.
- S'assurer que toutes les informations sont collectées, saisies et communiquées de manière précise et en temps opportun.
- Effectuer un suivi continu tout au long du quart de travail afin de garantir que chaque opportunité soit exploitée pour maximiser le respect du plan opérationnel.
- Recevoir, préparer et transmettre les ordres de travail, messages et informations à destination et en provenance des équipes de terrain, des superviseurs et des techniciens.
- Gérer le déclenchement des situations d'urgence et activer les services d'intervention conformément aux procédures de gestion des urgences.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Diplôme ou licence en génie mécanique, génie électrique, opérations de procédés ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience dans les opérations minières à ciel ouvert soutenue avec une expérience de travail dans un environnement de salle de contrôle.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation des tableurs, des bases de données et des logiciels de traitement de texte.
- Expérience dans la création et la mise à jour de tableaux de bord de suivi des informations et des performances.
- Expérience dans l'élaboration et la compilation de rapports d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
- Connaissance des procédures opérationnelles standard dans le secteur minier.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à s'adapter aux changements de priorités et à gérer simultanément plusieurs tâches variées.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral est un atout.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
