Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Spécialiste en Planification & Ordonnancement qui sera responsable de l'élaboration, du suivi et de l'optimisation des plans de production, de maintenance ou d'exécution des travaux afin d'assurer l'utilisation efficace des ressources, le respect des échéanciers et l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels. Il agit comme lien essentiel entre les différentes parties prenantes afin de coordonner les activités et de minimiser les interruptions ou les retards.

Poste basé à Conakry, uniquement ouvert aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Conseiller Services Desk, il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Élaborer et maintenir les calendriers de production, de maintenance ou d'exécution des travaux selon les priorités opérationnelles.
- Analyser la charge de travail et la capacité des ressources humaines, matérielles et techniques, tout en assurant la coordination des activités entre les opérations, la maintenance, l'approvisionnement et les autres départements concernés.
- Identifier les contraintes pouvant affecter les échéanciers et proposer des solutions pour les atténuer, en suivant l'avancement des travaux et ajuster les plans en fonction des changements de priorités ou des imprévus.
- Produire et analyser les indicateurs de performance liés à la planification et à l'ordonnancement.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et des méthodes de travail.
- Veiller à la disponibilité des pièces, équipements, outils et ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des activités planifiées.
- Préparer et animer les réunions de planification et de coordination, en assurant le respect des normes de santé, sécurité, qualité et environnement dans les activités planifiées.
Ce que vous apporterez
- Être titulaire d’une licence ou master en Méthode Informatique Appliquée à la Gestion des Entreprises ou tout autre domaine connexe et disposer au minimum trois (3) ans d’expérience dans un domaine similaire, de préférence dans le domaine minier ;
- Avoir des compétences informatiques de base dans les produits, bases de données et applications Microsoft et Cisco ;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance de base de l'infrastructure informatique (LAN, TCP/IP, infrastructure de sécurité, domaines Microsoft Windows, impression réseau, etc.) vous permettant de poser un diagnostic bien fondé ;
- Avoir d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, de préférence bilingue (français/anglais)

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
