- Support go-live readiness through business-as-usual training, knowledge transfer, readiness checklists and job aids
- Contribute to cutover and hypercare preparations by developing practical data validation routines and supporting materials
About you
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Strong understanding of Workday processes, employee master data and downstream system integration impacts
- Experience testing employee master data and lifecycle events through user acceptance testing or system validation activities
- Working knowledge of data migration, data mapping, reconciliation and data-quality controls within HR or payroll transformations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and clearly document defects, evidence and outcomes

What we offer
- Be recognised for your contribution, your thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you’ve helped the world progress
- A work environment where safety is always the number one priority
- A contract/secondment opportunity through to 28th May 2027
