The opportunity

We are looking for a Transactional Support Senior Associate who will be responsible for providing transaction support for P2P Support across Vendor Set up, PR Creation, Service entry sheet and manual/urgent payments across users globally for various senior leaders throughout the organisation. The role holder is primarily responsible for providing administrative and coordination support and will be expected to work in close collaboration with other support team members to ensure the effective functioning of a large project team. The role holder will be required to work in different shifts and comfortably communicate with the most senior leaders or executive committee members of the RT organisation. The role would be reporting to the Advisor – Transactional Support.

What you will do:

• Provide transactional support within P2P life cycle with a genre of vendor set up, PR creation, service entry sheet and manual/urgent payments across various regions (One time payment/Sole Source Exception).
• Stakeholder management and process governance
• Use business software applications (including SAP and MS office) to prepare dashboards, reports presentations (PACAL/IMOS experience desirable)
• Manage routine correspondence and inquiries effectively
• Create purchase creation and Service Entry Sheet (SES) in consensus with the business
• Responsible for service delivery within the agreed service level agreement
• Manage end to end service requests for stakeholders with minimum follow ups
• Address, acknowledge/assign the requests under different mailboxes

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree/ Graduate qualification in any discipline
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in initiating Purchase Request, following up and managing PR to PO conversion, handle shared mailbox and address queries of the stakeholders for the status of their invoices, preferably in a multinational environment across Atlantic /APAC time zones
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (including MS Excel and PowerPoint) with analytical acumen
• Expert level SAP knowledge and awareness of P2P Lifecycle
• Experience in International Operations and virtual working
• Excellent Communication skills, spoken English and have flair for learning new process / projects
• Establish effective working relationships and high standards of service with the senior leaders
• Flexible to work in different shifts
