Acerca del rol
Este rol será responsable de apoyar los procesos de contratación, creación de proveedores, gestión de órdenes de compra y registro de facturas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y contribuyendo a la eficiencia de los proyectos. Asimismo, desempeñará un papel clave en la organización documental, los controles administrativos y la coordinación entre equipos y contratistas.
Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:
- Apoyar los procesos de contratación y adquisiciones, coordinando la generación de contratos, aprobaciones internas y documentación asociada.
- Gestionar la creación de proveedores, los procesos de due diligence y el mantenimiento de registros dentro de los sistemas internos.
- Brindar soporte en la emisión de órdenes de compra, recepción, codificación y registro de facturas.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con contratistas y proveedores para asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos contractuales y administrativos.
- Coordinar la distribución, recuperación y organización de documentación relevante para los proyectos, garantizando la trazabilidad y acceso a la información.
- Apoyar actividades logísticas y administrativas, incluyendo la coordinación de capacitaciones, importaciones y gestiones aduaneras cuando sea requerido.
Acerca de ti
Para tener éxito en este rol, aportarás una alta orientación al detalle, capacidad organizativa y habilidades para gestionar múltiples prioridades en entornos dinámicos.
También contarás con:
- Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería o disciplina afín.
- Experiencia en procesos de adquisiciones, administración de contratos, proveedores o soporte de proyectos.
- Experiencia trabajando en proyectos, idealmente en las industrias minera, energética o de recursos naturales.
- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel; experiencia en Power BI y SAP será valorada.
- Capacidad para coordinar eficazmente con proveedores y equipos internos, resolviendo desafíos de manera proactiva.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización, planificación, comunicación y gestión del tiempo.

About the role
This role will be responsible for supporting contracting processes, vendor creation, purchase order management and invoice registration, ensuring compliance with internal procedures while contributing to project efficiency. The position will also play a key role in document management, administrative controls, and coordination between project teams and contractors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting contracting and procurement activities, including the coordination of contract preparation, internal approvals and associated documentation.
- Managing vendor onboarding, due diligence processes and the maintenance of accurate records within internal systems.
- Providing support with purchase order creation, invoice receipt, coding and registration.
- Maintaining effective communication with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual and administrative requirements.
- Coordinating the distribution, retrieval and organisation of project documentation, ensuring traceability and accessibility of information.
- Supporting logistics and administrative activities, including training coordination, importation processes and customs clearance activities when required.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
- A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in procurement processes, contract administration, vendor management or project support activities.
- Experience working on projects, ideally within the mining, energy or natural resources sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SAP will be highly regarded.
- The ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders while proactively resolving challenges.
- Strong organisational, planning, communication and time management skills.
